The host is very response with inquiries. Additionally, the concierges are very friendly and helpful. The unit is a relatively close walk to Broadway and has a few closer restaurants within a two-three block walk. The unit has all of the basics needed. There are freight train tracks; however, with a sound machine for sleeping, it didn’t bother us. We would stay there again.

Everything was good, rug in living need a cleaning, would be nice if the railroad was mentioned in listing, as someone with ptsd of war the train running all night was a little triggering. Other wise great time.

The rooms were nice, big and bright. Carpet and couch were stained. Nice big balcony but had to share it with multiple trains coming in and out all night and morning. High rise being built beside, starting construction at 6am. Lots of blankets and towels, outdoor pool was nice and warm but had to listen to trains and no real peace Walk was alright to broadway/downtown, you are located directly beside a homeless shelter/church, which was fine, just not what we are used to.

The room was a nice place, but there was no mention of the train directly being the room that constantly runs. The earplugs on the nightstand should have been a clue if the noisy environment.

The condo was very clean and it was well equipped with all the comforts of home. It was also conveniently located to Broadway (only a 15 min. walk). The host was excellent! We had a few issues when we arrived, and the host was quick to respond and take care of them. The security staff was also excellent. They were helpful and informative! The Only drawback a.k.a. negative was the noise issue from the train. It ran 24/7 and was very annoying. If you want to stay here then Ear plugs are a MUST. Other than that, it was great!Denise

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Had a little difficulty getting checked in, but the host was very helpful with the resolution. We were close enough to walk to most destinations. We would definitely stay again.

Very little hot water, no water pressure. Dryer continued to shut off after about 5 minutes, without clothes being dry. Carpet and couch were stained. More instructions on Latch app needed. The listing should mention the trains right behind the condo that go all hours of day and night. I actually thought this was listed as a premier host and really should not be. This was only our 2nd time going through VRBO, and will have to think twice before the next experience.

The condo was super nice, stocked with everything you need. The building is super secure, a little annoying you have to type a password for the elevator but with the area I get it. Parking was a decent rate and it’s gated. I would stay here again

Well I have given them time to rectify and make this right, however no call back. The owner knows what the issue is, as I sent it back asap. Never responded. I would be extremely careful at this property. It sits between 2 homeless shelters and there is a train the runs every 1-3 hours throughout the night. It is literally next to the property. I was with my two girlfriends and the last night we were approached numerous times by the homeless and it was very scary. Both VRBO and the owner offered me 50! Not cool
