The room was great. The elevator was a little old and scary. The breakfast really lacked imagination unless you were in the mood for an omelette. One day they had no yogurts in the yogurt case, the next day they only had one flavor of yogurt. Also, their housekeeping crew went up and down the hall starting about 8:00 a.m. pushing some cart that made more noise than a garbage truck. They need to understand that some of their guests don't get back to the hotel till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and would appreciate a little quiet in the morning.

The hotel is in a great location (5 minute walk to the Gulch) with easy parking. The hotel is what you’d expect for the price, however, I’d prefer if the rooms were cleaner as there was hair in the bathroom from house keeping. That said, despite it being a budget hotel, housekeeping came everyday. The gym and games area need to be renovated as all the activities and equipment are dated or broken. If you are staying here for a short period and acknowledge it’s a budget hotel you’ll be very happy - but don’t expect anymore.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was better than what we expected. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The omelette station is very nice. The room was clean. The only thing that I thought would be nicer as we booked with Expedia and said we had a special gift like a free drink for my wife and I. The only thing they gave us was bottled water. Other than that the staff were friendly.

I reported a broken off curtain puller the day we checked in and was told it would be repaired the following day. 4 days later when we checked out, it had not been fixed. Maid service was spotty. Every day there was either something missing or not addressed.(Bath trash can not emptied or dumped on bathroom floor, no replacement paper cups or plastic glasses or coffee)
