The room was great. The elevator was a little old and scary. The breakfast really lacked imagination unless you were in the mood for an omelette. One day they had no yogurts in the yogurt case, the next day they only had one flavor of yogurt. Also, their housekeeping crew went up and down the hall starting about 8:00 a.m. pushing some cart that made more noise than a garbage truck. They need to understand that some of their guests don't get back to the hotel till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning and would appreciate a little quiet in the morning.

Very nice hotel in a great area - handy to everything. Breakfast was fantastic with an omelette chef and lovely lady on hand to guide you! Front desk were friendly and helpful and best of all they had a guest laundry (so grateful after being on the road for 3 weeks!!). Only improvement needed is some extra blankets for the cold snap we had … it was cold and the air conditioner was too noisy to keep on all night! We will be back!

Very memorable stay. From the great service throughout everyone I’ve encountered, complimentary breakfast that’s actually tasty (omelettes were really good) to the extremely clean rooms and common areas, this is a well ran hotel. Also massage chairs to use in the lobby were nice to use after a long work day — I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable and good layout. Location in the Gulch is excellent for things we were doing. Parking at hotel is a plus in that part of Nashville. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with Tina keeping things stocked and she was very attentive. The omlet station with Daniel was such a treat and he did a great job. We had a bit of trouble regulating the hot water in shower and the heat in room, but will plan to stay here again!

Staff was so helpful and courteous and even help me to correct my booking error. The massage chairs are amazing and they really are free! The breakfast was good, and the omlets are fresh and made to order. Kudos to the omlet maker, he made them perfectly every day.
