Great location, communication was good between the property manager and us, the air conditioner wasn't working upstairs but they got it managed by that evening and was in constant communication.

5 star Nashville Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was clean, and well stocked with necessary bathroom and kitchen items. There was plenty of storage room for our golf clubs as well. It was a quick Uber ride into downtown and convenient to highways to get other places. We would definitely book this unit again!

Couples retreat!

Stayed with 2 other couples. So nice to each have our own bathroom and king size bed. Utilized the grocery shopping feature offered by the host. Everything we requested was on site when we arrived! Only drawback was the three flights of stairs. But we knew that going in. Great location. Everything we wanted to see, was no more than 20 minutes drive.

Really great place - LOVED all the king beds !!! Great location too !!! We would stay there again for sure !!! Only grip was all the towels were put away pretty damp and we re-washed all of them

Belmont Visit

We had a wonderful stay at The Frankie while visiting Belmont University for a campus tour. It is a lovely, comfortable home located right in the community our son would be living and doing life in. The home had everything our group could need and felt so homey. Loved the soaps used throughout the home. We all enjoyed the ease of getting around from this location, and the suggestions of host favorites. I’m sure we will stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Great location - quick Uber ride downtown. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend trip! It was great having a king size bed and our own bathroom for each couple. Would definitely stay here again.

WHAT A PROPERTY!

BEAUTIFUL! Quiet, 3 Story, attached condo…Kitchen to bathrooms, mattress to driveway, pristine condition. Good location-1/2 mile walking distance the college shopping district: retail/restaurants/cafe’s/ packaged goods and even closer to Vanderbilt & Belmont University’s. Easy drive to EVERYTHING downtown NASHVILLE has to offer! A thought on beating the crowds downtown- head downtown to the Country Music Hall of Fame as soon as it opens; you are then steps away from Broadway (Honky Tonk Alley!). Music plays all day long at its restaurants and bars which open early and close late. We would stay at Vandy Campus again~ One note on downtown parking: we did not see parking rates posted on the outside of Parking Garages. A 2 hour stay cost us $45, ouch. Do your homework and Google: Uber/Lyft and best prices on parking in downtown Nashville. Plan to Have A Country Good Time !

Great property & location

The house is beautiful and very clean. We loved having a king size bed and bathroom with each bedroom plus another 1/2 bath. The pictures represent the quality of the home. The location was great! Close to downtown, 12 South, Vanderbilt, Music Row, the Gulch and close to several areas of interest. We loved our trip to Nashville and would book this home again! Access to the property and communication with owners was great. If you have anyone that has a hard time with stairs, the kitchen is on the second floor, so something to consider. That didn’t affect anyone in our group and the kitchen is beautiful with everything needed. Large tvs in living areas and bedrooms. One of the best vacation properties we’ve booked. 5 stars! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Nice property for groups

Our stay was nice for our group of adult couples. Loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Location was close to many things, but a little far to walk to restaurants or shopping with the heat. Kitchen has plenty of dishwater, but just basic pots and pans for cooking.

Great Property

Our adult children, my wife and I enjoyed being in the Belmont/Vanderbilt area during the trip to Nashville for a family wedding. Fun to walk in the area and close to downtown Nashville, but outside the craziness of lower Broadway. Would recommend to others looking for a convenient but calm location.

Great Bachelor Party

This stay was centered around celebrating my brother getting married. We were easily able to request an early check in so that I could get the house ready for the weekend with grocery delivery. The house had the perfect amount of space both inside and in the back yard. We spent a lot of our time in the backyard hanging out and playing games. The house was very clean and had great ventilation and air conditioning. As for location, the house is only a few short blocks from Edge Hill which has a neat little shopping center with delicious food. I was able to walk there one morning very easily. Everything was a very short Uber or even scooter ride away including music row, Broadway, and 12 south. This was a great property to stay at and the owners were amazing hosts.

Great Host, Great House, Great Location

This property was just as listed, the perfect house for three couples. The host consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay, and the warm cookies upon arrival was definitely a step above. Only complaint was no ceiling fan in the room on the bottom level and didn't quite get cool enough. Close walk to great brunch spots and short uber rides to downtown - never had an issue getting uber xl for our large party. Would definitely stay again.
