Breakfasts were very good, rooms were clean,bed was comfy. Front desk staff was friendly.

Hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to get towels and tissue box from lobby since they didn't replenish them when they cleaned it. The staff was rude too. They also had construction going on next to my room and was so noisy.

The staff not truthful about their suites we asked for a 2 queen suite and they stated that yes they had that, however it was a fine size and an old outdated pull out couch!

It would have been an ok stay if at least pool or jacuzzi were opened and in working order, i feel stuff like that should be updated on website before you book. The breakfast and eating area were very nice, our room was nice for 2 double beds. It was very clean. The only bad thing is location, there is nothing but highway around it also.

We had gone to Nashville to celebrate my birthday so a total of 3 rooms were booked at this hotel, one person arriving before we did the room was in our name she was able to check in without any kind of ID this woman could have been a stalker for all the hotel new!! When we arrived we were able to check in under someone else's name in our party once again Hotel staff never ask for ID!! Because of no ID one room was staying one night our room was staying 2 nights they never told us which room belong to who so therefore when they one room checked out they weren't really checking out the room we were staying in.. after another day and night of seeing Nashville but we come in to find we have been locked out of the hotel the staff was very rude including the manager she said we could not stay for free we were not asking to stay for free we had already paid for a room... it took over an hour to get this straightened out between Orbitz and the hotel calling back and forth bottom line is front desk check in had they ask for ID to begin with and told us exactly who was in what room this all could have been avoided there is a law against people checking in to Hotel without providing the proper ID....

The hotel was very accommodating we arrived on a early flight and they work to get us a room before normal check in time. the staff call to get us a shuttle down town for $10 round trip per person .The breakfast was a bonus . Over all it was a very good stay.

Excellent mattress, lots of USB plugs, quiet room. Very good breakfast was included.

I would recommend this hotel. No restaurant or bar, but free hot breakfast and from 5-7pm Mon-Thurs, they advertise appetizers and beer, wine and cocktails. It was actually far more than appetizers, pulled pork barbeque, beans, potato salad, salad bar and small deserts. So if you skipped lunch, you basically can get fed for free at this hotel. For a family, that alone would save $$$

Everything about my stay was good only thing i noticed was the room phone wasn't working which is a + for me. Staff gave me a Wheel chair accessible room which I needed.

Great GM and staff. Found a board/conference room for me to use for a presentation at last minute when wifi wouldn't work in room. Happened to be a one off situation with wifi that was fixed but when I needed a place to go through video presentation they stepped up and were great. Would highly recommend and will stay there again! Wonderful customer service!!!

Pros- If you're on a budget (like I was) then this hotel offers a place to stay on a budget -large room -free wifi -heat -microwave -desk -mini-fridge -desk -seasonal pool -complimentary breakfast (really, really fantastic breakfast...fresh fruit, biscuits, gravy, sausage, oatmeal, bread, bagels, jelly, juice, coffee and tea) -guest laundry facility -fireplace Cons- Very, very dated! The microwave is an old school microwave (emits too much heat and I'm not sure it's even earth-friendly) -the mini-fridge emits heat at the top -the furniture design is awkward -the bathroom was very dirty: 1) there was brown stuff on the wall next to the toilet...ewww 2) the walls next to the toilet were an off shade of yellow 3) the bathroom has a weird smell like the smell when you leave clothes in the washer too long and they sour 4) the shower curtain has mold on it 5) there is no fan in the bathroom (probably the reason for the sour smell) -the room has cracks in the wall next to the door frame (not sure if it's been slammed several times or just weakening of the frame joints) -I found a huge, unmistakable stain on my mattress...ewww -more spots on the walls -inside of microwave appears dingy, dirty

Great room with updated amenities. Great happy hour with complementary items.

Hotel building is nice as is the landscaping and pool area. Most of the staff was nice and friendly. Furnishings in need of renovation. Overall pretty good stay.

It was so nice to take the shuttle to downtown and to the airport.

Neither me nor my wife enjoyed sleeping on the mattress. Disappointed in that only. Everything else was great. Kudos to the staff. Very clean breakfast s were enjoyable and the Thursday nite treats were very good.

The finishes were modern and nice. The room was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. Very good value. They also have Popsicles and ice cream bars in a vending machine haha.

Staff was adequate. Food was below average ...gym was poor.poor quality with machines inoperable.

Hotel was clean, updated and bed was excellent. Hot breakfast buffet was a plus. Room was very quiet

poor service and dirty hotel

outdated suites
