Which would you prefer to wake up to at 6am: A) Your neighbors getting it on so loud you think they're filming a porno. B) Kids running around and screaming at the top of their lungs. Well, we didn't have to choose because we experienced both! On top of that, the parents of these children in scenario B had the TV on so loud the night before that I had to call and complain at 3am (that's after trying my best to tune it out since midnight)! The front desk updated me and told me our neighbor would be back in five minutes?! Ok, so I know hotels can't choose who stays at their property, so I won't fault them for the above. What I can say is the walls must be very thin! Customer service is non-existent here. In fact, it was as if I was bothering them when I checked in and out. There's a sign posted saying "please be patient with us during staff shortages". Ha! The hotel rooms are dated and the cleanliness is questionable. Definitely, the photos look better than what the hotel looks like in reality. There's a gym and a pool/spa which we did not use. They do offer a complimentary breakfast daily. I have never seen a hotel breakfast that packed...ever. There's also a happy hour daily from 5-7pm and you're given tickets for two drinks per person per night when you check in. I was bummed their complimentary shuttle to the downtown area is no more, since this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel months ago. It now costs $10/pp.

Large clean room. Great night of sleep. The staff were difficult. No airport shuttle. The check in staff personnel were distracted on their phones and not interested in helping. Oddly, I asked for chang for a $20, and the front deask person was counting their drawer. They had a large stack of $1's and $5's in front of them. But when I asked, they said no, they couldn't give me change for my $20... disappointing

The room mirror has a blue light on it. It's like a laser and hard to sleep with. I was given a room by the ice machine. Kids were running up and down the hall all night. Please take some time to clean up the parking lot and landscaping. A bit of a rough night, to be honest.

Unusual that charged $3.00/bag to hold when left bags earlier in the day . Never had that happen before . Otherwise all very good.

The Club Hotel is a pleasant stay on the road back towards the woods. A little dated, really clean not difficult to enjoy myself.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost. Spend an extra $30-$50 and go to the Marriott. The outside of the hotel is disappointing. The hallways and the inside of the hotel feel dingy. The breakfast was cold and gross. The inside of the actual rooms is nice. The beds were comfortable as well. If I paid $100 I would have given a good review. This hotel simply isn’t worth $150.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Especially Sylvia at the front desk. Her boss should give her a bonus like a paid week off that doesn’t go against her vacation time
