Union Station is just amazing!! Gorgeous lobby, great bar and our opulent suite had amazing huge windows with a 20ft ceiling. I’m in love with this hotel. Historic perfection!

We were impressed how the transformation of a train depot into a beautiful hotel.

Great location. Beautiful building

The architecture was beautiful inside and out! The staff was very courteous.

We stayed one night, hotel is walking distance to all the sights on Broadway. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The history of the train station is very interesting

Friendly and helpful staff in lovely historic building. Highly recommended.

Location, bar, design of the hotel and the room size.

Probably the most unique property in Nashville. The main lobby was once the main terminal of a grand train station. Beautiful!

The hotel itself is impressive, unique. Not impressive is coming back to the room at 3:30 pm to find the room still not made up. And of all things, they're showing children's cartoons on one of the bar lounge TVs at 4 pm, Saturday. Really? This is one of those hotels you should do once, but not twice.

From the minute you arrive the staff outside and in could not be more helpful. Car valets offered directions and suggestions for things to do and how to get there. The lobby is nothing less than majestic and you really do get a sense of the building being a former train station.

quirky, interesting, grand yet not. amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel. Historic. Walking distance to downtown Nashville.

The hotel is in a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the food and drink.

Beautiful building with a great history! I highly recommend the free tour (and not just for the free whiskey at the end!). We stayed in the 5th floor rooms with the 18' ceilings and the room was beautiful and relaxing. Work out facilities were simple, sufficient, and clean. Staff was extraordinary, and entertainment (guitarist in lobby for a few hours on Thurs) was really fun too. I loved this place and we'll be back!

Our room was nice, but considering how much we paid it was a bit small and the bed was decent, not expected level of bed for this status of hotel. We paid $25 to park for a couple of hours ourselves then after dinner we used valet to essentially have a guy back the car in and then start it for us the next morning and that was another $40. Breakfast was amazing, wife had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, I had the omelet with sausage, cheese and mushrooms, was expensive breakfast but for the quality of food it was worth it, very good breakfast. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is excellent, but I left feeling a little irritated at the amount we paid for just a single night.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Bridgestone Center for a concert. The hotel was very nice. We did not have a view since we were on the 2nd floor below the lobby but the room was great. Very, very spacious room and the bathroom was huge.

The only downside is occasional noise from trains, but it was a real train station at one points so to be expected.
