Gentlemen at reception when I checked in was very helpful. Ladies at reception at checkout were rude and not helpful. Asked for early check in ahead of time, lady said no when I got there. Asked for late checkout out last day due to very late flight, was told no again. Asked them to hold my bag, was told they had to hold both bags or couldn’t hold one. The other was my purse and laptop which I was using at conference. Ladies both very rude. Most likely won’t stay there again.

Great place! About 5 minute walk to Broadway. Felt fairly safe walking. Breakfast was good and the room is nice. No housekeeping because of COVID, but they would bring towels to the room. I would definitely stay there again.
This was my second time staying at this property and both times my stay was wonderful. Always clean and staff are very accomadating and friendly. Hotel is in walking distance to everything. Will always be my go to spot for Nashville!!!

Breakfast was poor with only 1 morning entree selection. I would be interested to hear as to why the full buffett was not operational with the lack of COVID restrictions in Tenn.
This hotel is in walking distance of most attractions. It was perfect for us! The hotel had many amenities. And we took advantage of them. Breakfast was a nice surprise simply because of COVID, they made everything grab and go even a hot eggs and sausages containers. This was our first time to Nashville. We will definitely stay here on our next visit! We will be back for sure!
Literally minutes from Broadway by foot, but far enough that the sound wont keep you awake. The staff was extremely courteous. Highly recommended.
The bed was old and lumpy. No option for food unless you wanted to pay at least 20 dollars and up per person. Loud hotel with traffic. Grab and go breakfast was disgusting, 32 dollars a night to park your car is a little ridiculous
Smooth transition. no issues. Parking was spendy but we enjoyed our stay.
Great downtown hotel with beautiful rooms and great amenities. Be aware that if the Orbitz listing hasn’t been fixed, there is no free parking, only valet.
