Great location. Room was clean. It was quiet. Convenient parking. The only complaint is the pillowcases were a little old and rough, not soft at all, they all had a lot of fuzz balls, prob from overuse/over wash, maybe it’s time to replace them.

The hotel room was FILTHY

Couldn't get a receipt. AND STILL DON'T HAVE ONE

Good hotel, big rooms About a 20 min walk to Broadway. Only complaint is not necessarily about this hotel but I’m general most of them do not offer free parking.

The lighting is very dark in the lobby there is a odor so my first impression was not very clean.

Aloft is a cute hotel; however, our heat didn’t work, hot water took forever to warm up, walls were thin so you can hear everything; and parking was $30 per night. You can find free street parking anytime after 6p (Monday-Saturday) and all day on Sundays. The amenities weren’t available but the rooftop (you can find it on the 8th floor) was open for use. Also, housekeeping didn’t visit our room throughout our stay which was odd to be honest. The only perk about this hotel was the fact that it was close to everything (like Hattie B’s which was a block away).

I wasn’t a fan that you could hear everything going on in the hallway. Also some of the towels weren’t clean they had stains and one of them had hair on it. Other than that the hotel is located in a good area close to basically everything.

We stayed on one of the upper floors, and having to park in the garage and then go up stairs then go up the elevator to get to our room got a little taxing after awhile. The room was nice. Clean. Good size TV for relaxing after a long day. Lots of food places nearby. Staff was friendly and precautions taken made us feel safe.

We were in town for my mother to have surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Aloft was very convenient to the hospital. We were called to come in much earlier than expected and the front desk was so kind to work with me to be able to come back later in the morning to shower and get packed up since we left so quickly. It was an excellent stay.

Staff was great. Only complaint is daily parking fee and fact that hotel shuttle would not drive us downtown.

Staff were great. Only complaint is the daily parking fee. Many other hotels in the area offer free parking.

Exactly what we were looking for! 5 minute Uber from downtown! Walking distance to local bars and breweries! Room was up to date and spacious!!!

Cool hotel, great staff. Very accommodating. Early 6AM breakfast good. Paying for parking at 30 per night not great.

The Aloft is a nice hotel with extras available for a cost. You're not getting a higher price that includes things you may not want. The parking garage allowed me to park a few feet away from the door to my floor. All the staff interaction was very smooth. I enjoyed the free wifi and desk in my room. There was live music in the lobby too!

Nice hotel close to freeway, downtown, and lots of places to eat. Uber downtown was $15 (even though only a couple miles away). Outdoor patio on 8 floor was great place for me to enjoy cigars. No pool. Free water and coffee in room was nice.
