I booked this property through Expedia and trying to get any assistance with grievances was impossible. The manger referred me to Expedia and Expedia referred me to the hotel manager. The staff was rude. The accommodations were not available as was advertised. I have stayed at both Nashville locations and do not recommend the thislocation at all. I will never stay here again and will never book with Expedia!

Not the best first impression

My first time using Aloft. Check-in was delayed because of some type of computer issue that would not run my credit card. Arrived at room, but it had not been cleaned since the last guest. After returning to front desk, was eventually assigned a new room. Room was clean, but hair from previous guest was stuck to one of the pillow cases. Other than these issues, everything else was fine - very average hotel.

Friendly hotel near downtown

Aloft was great. The staff was very friendly. It’s a short Uber or scooter ride to downtown.

Staff was there but looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. Maid came before 9:00 am asked them to come back later they never came. Room service is every other day! When they did come the following day they did the absolute minimum. Parking at 44/day must use valet. Tipping is via the text messaging app with a 5.00 minimum. Poor valet was overwhelmed in the mornings! Property needs some major updating it looks very lived in!

This was honestly such a great stay, the staff were so kind and welcoming always being so helpful! It’s a good walking distance from broadway, lots of food options in the area, and lots of transportation options. I will definitely be staying here again !
