Aloft Nashville West End

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The Aloft is a nice hotel with extras available for a cost. You're not getting a higher price that includes things you may not want. The parking garage allowed me to park a few feet away from the door to my floor. All the staff interaction was very smooth. I enjoyed the free wifi and desk in my room. There was live music in the lobby too!

Nice hotel close to freeway, downtown, and lots of places to eat. Uber downtown was $15 (even though only a couple miles away). Outdoor patio on 8 floor was great place for me to enjoy cigars. No pool. Free water and coffee in room was nice.

Very friendly staff, huge clean room, excellent experience.

Cleanliness of the room was not great. There was a lot of hair everywhere.

On the map I was afraid that this hotel was going to be too far from everything when in reality it was in the center of it all. The rooms were so much bigger than I was expecting and the staff was great.

Very clean and nice hotel room. Only a mile away from downtown Broadway with a lot of stuff also very close by to to do. Staff was amazing! They sent us over to Sliders for burgers and it was AMAZING!

It was adequate. The location was good. Walkable to some good dining.

Would have liked better food options and hoped for room service.

Modern and clean hotel in a good part of Nashville. Room is very large with amazing beds.

Pretty solid hotel, a bit far from the action. Short cab ride to downtown honkytonk action. Which is good. Quiet area, up and coming. Overall very solid.

Great hotel, but location was suspect. Not close enough to walk downtown and parking was very high

A great value for the money. Rooms are large (HUGE) and quirky, well appointed and clean. Appreciated the recycling bin and clean bathroom. Parking is not cheap but the valet service is prompt and courteous.

Very comfortable stay in Downtown Nashville. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. Would gladly stay again.

Loved the modern look of this hotel but how cozy the rooms felt. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was modern and stylish, not that ugly typical hotel look. Staff was all very friendly. A complimentary shuttle to bridgestone or other locations nearby would be nice though as it is over a mile away on a hilly road away from the strip in Nashville.

Hotel room/suite we had was okay but not worth the rate of the hotel. Just an avg hotel room that was a bit stuffy and dusty.;

My first time at an Aloft, the decor is very modern, and the room was very large. It was pricey, but the staff was top notch, especially Hannah. The speed of the internet, however was abysmal. That's what brought down the amenities rating.

Check in was breeze. Refreshing 1 mile walk to music district and a low cab fare back ($6). Huge room, friendly staff, and bar open until midnight, what more could you ask for?

Best...hotel...bed...ever! This hotel is easy to get to and staffed by super friendly people. Can't recommend enough.

I enjoy booking hotels off the beaten path. I had never heard of ALOFT and I'm so glad I chose them. They completely exceeded my expectations and would happily recommend them to my friends and family. Job Well Done to all the Staff !!!

Stopped in Nashville for 2 days while traveling cross country. Aloft was a fun hotel with a great location near many Midtown bars/restaurants.
