It was a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

Place is old and needs upgraded but at least it was clean

This place was filthy. There was hair in my bed and all over the floor. There was sticky soda on my night stand with fruit flies. Absolutely disgusting. And that was my second room.

The shuttle was great that took us to downtown. Thank you

The only negative is it was difficult to find. I booked this property because there was a free shuttle available to go in to Nashville Broadway to see everything and we took shuttle, with map, it was an added bonus that was well worth it all. I would highly recommend this safe, friendly and amazing property. I will go back for a few days' time and stay here.

Inexpensive (compared to other hotels in Nashville). Free parking. Free shuttle to downtown. Easy to get on & off interstate from hotel.

My stay was alright. Nothing spectacular. The staff had to fix several things, but were nice about it.

We paid $175 for a room that had no microwave or fridge. And there was all kinds of noise from the hallway traffic. Not no way near the cost. Never again!!

Nothing very special compared to others I have stayed with but priced reasonable and pretty clean which is important. The staff was good at their jobs but probably could have been a bit more refined... but just my two cents. All in all i would stay here again if i was in the area but not exactly a place i would likely bring family.

It was nice to be so close to Nashville. I liked that there was a restaurant on site. What I didn't like was that there was no refrigerator in the room and the bathroom had mold in it. The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. I did report the dispenser and it was fixed immediately.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Transportation to downtown was very limited.

Everything was ok except the TV didn’t work. Not a huge deal because we weren’t in the room to much but it was an inconvenience.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bathroom was pretty old and run down. They have a complimentary shuttle to get to downtown that we used on Oct 15th. We got to the pick-up by 9:20( last pick up is 10:30, 16 people waiting for the shuttle. Shuttle holds 10) no shuttle in sight at 9:40. When I called I was told he was still at the hotel on a break. On the 16th, Ash was our driver. He was wonderful, talkative, informative and promised to be there and he was.

I didn’t like the multiple black beetle looking bugs in our room or the used chew dip that was left on our floor (neither my husband or I chew tobacco). The shower had rust and mold in it and the carpets had several stains on them throughout the hallways. I booked a room with a king size bed and then got at queen size bed. When I asked the receptionist about it she basically told me because I booked through Orbitz I would get whatever they had available and not what I paid for when I booked it. Not very happy with our stay and will not be coming back.

It was adequate. I did enjoy the availability of Netflix in the room.
