This property should be CLOSED and fixed before allowing people to stay here. The pot smell was horrendous. The room was filthy, stained, mold, and zero soap in the room. No shampoo. It was awful. The staff knows and are apologetic which is why I gave the 4 stars for them.

Not impressed with hotel

We chose this hotel because they advertise a shuttle to downtown. When we checked in we were told they don’t have the staff to offer that service as advertised which was hourly transportation to and from downtown until around 10pm. We were told they’d take us there at 7pm (we arrived at 5pm) and we’d have to find another way back. Also, even though they had very few guests staying, they put us in rooms next to each other and the walls are very thin. We could hear every word spoken from both sides of us until well after 2am. If you stay, request a room with no neighbors.

Needs a SERIOUS renovation. Stayed here pre-pandemic and it was good. Now, things are falling apart - our bathroom shower walls were pulling apart, rips, tears, scratches, scuffs. Some of the staff were very nice but many very unprofessional. The $11 buffet breakfast was just sad. Really liked it before but won't stay again unless they renovate.

Good price for a quick stay in Nashville

Good hotel for an inexpensive stay! Easy to get to downtown and they have a shuttle with good hours. Hotel is noisy and a bit dated, still a very good value.

My father and I had a fantastic New Year’s Eve in Nashville, thanks in part to this hotel. The convenient shuttle to downtown, with extended hours for the Jack Daniel's New Year’s Bash, was a major perk. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. The hotel exterior shows its age, but the interiors are being modernized, and the price felt fair. Our room was comfortable but could have been cleaner; I found thick dust on the headboard and left a playful "Happy New Year 2023/2024" message for the cleaning staff. Noise was noticeable—crying babies and partygoers—but not disruptive for us. The continental breakfast was basic (boiled eggs, bagels, and waffles) and could use better organization. The two waffle makers caused long waits, and having toasters in the same area created crowding. Offering ready-to-eat baked goods or relocating the toasters would fix this easily. The highlight of our stay was the hotel bar. Matthew was incredibly personable and engaging, and Sam, though new, handled the lively New Year’s crowd like a pro. Their energy made the evening even better. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the friendly staff, thoughtful amenities, and great bar made this a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel exterior shows its age, but the interiors are being modernized, and the price was very reasonable for Nashville (especially with the free shuttle). Our room was comfortable but could have been cleaner; I found some thick dust on the headboard and left a playful "Happy New Year 2024" message in the dust for the cleaning staff to clean, haha. Noise levels could be an issue for light sleepers; I could hear crying babies and New Year’s revelry from other guests, but this didn’t bother us. The continental breakfast was basic (boiled eggs, bagels, and waffles) and could use better organization. The two waffle makers caused long waits, and having toasters in the same area created crowding. Offering ready-to-eat baked goods or relocating the toasters would fix this easily. On a high note, the hotel bar was a highlight! Matthew was outstanding—personable, engaging, and fun to chat with—and Sam, though new, did a fantastic job handling the lively crowd on New Year’s Eve. Their energy added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the friendly staff, thoughtful amenities, and great bar made this a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Nice people

The room was nice, really small pillows on the bed, didn't like that. The breakfast was a joke. No hot food except waffles and there was no low carb options that I seen. They ran out of coffee a lot. Two morning in a row there was no coffee available in lobby or dining room. The bar needs some music options besides the piped in hotel music.
