bathroom needs updating and you need some USB hook-up, and more outlets

I chose this Millennium hotel because they offer shuttle service from Metro Center to downtown Nashville. I was dropped off and stranded both nights of my stay. Both nights I called over and over at night, and noone picked up. Around the 13th attempt the first night I finally reached an employee who explained their second shift shuttle driver did not come to work, and I should get a taxi or uber. At that point I had been standing downtown nashville at the designated spot for over 40 minutes. The next morning I pleaded with them to let me know if there was any change to the pickup schedule. I left a Ryman concert a few minutes early just to be sure and again stood and waited. Called over and over. I paid for a second ride home that night. The morning of my checkout I learned the second day driver also stopped picking up for the night earlier than planned. The room was not cleaned well, the tun had a rust stains, and the chair had presumably a large water stain. I booked a king bed room online and they had already given those out so they put me in a double room but couldn’t reimburse because I booked through orbitz. Just not a good experience at all.

It’s a really convenient location, and we appreciated the friendly staff and shuttle service to downtown Nashville. But we never ask for room changes, and had to ask twice with the first two rooms in rough shape (old property, gross tubs, carpet and baseboards had paint, appeared ro be cleaned in a hurry).

We always stay there

We always stay here when going to Nashville! It's not downtown Broadway so it's affordable. But, it's also a quick and easy drive there. We don't use the shuttle but there is one available. The lobby is welcoming and spacious. The rooms could be cleaner but I understand there is a staffing shortage nationwide. The beds and showers are clean, and that's all I care about. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Very close to restaurants and shopping centers. Convenient shuttle service to the center of the city.

My room heat didn't work nor did the room telephone. So i had to walk downstairs twice and ask for help with my issues. We stay 2 hours in a cold room before we where given another room.No one apologized for the inconvenience $259 for one night.

Clean environment with friendly staff. Lobby area was big and the decor gave me a “country” feel. Used the gym, had machines, hand weights and exercise balls. The rooms were clean but outdated. I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms’ doors looked old, there were paint scratches and the bottoms of the door were jagged (all the doors on our floor looked old). The telephones in the rooms were old and dingy looking. In my room, the bottom dresser drawer was broken, the bathroom had a couple holes on the wall that were patched up (they weren’t even hidden or covered up). The 2nd room the TV didn’t turn on, we told the front desk it was broken and it was taken care of. Overall the rooms definitely need to be updated! The good things about the hotel is the price, near the Highway and food places (fast food chains) across the street.

Nice place

Just okay, but nothing special.

They had a water leak and fans were blowing 24 hours a day in every hallway, the smell of mold was bad. They didn't have newspapers or safe in room even though website says they do. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. My tv didn't work. No warm water, and the shower head was terrible. Overall a horrible stay.

No frills. Pool is ok but the room was meh. Pillows were horrible. Bathroom needed an upgrade.

Tired facility. Maybe last renovated in the 90’s. No hot water after 9 am. On the positive side, friendly staff and easy Ubering to from downtown.
