Charged 20 something a day extra for shuttle and breakfast fee. Surprised at that. Shuttle wonderful. First breakfast, only hot food was runny eggs. Second day, nothing hot, no milk for cereal even. Went to Mcdonalds after both days. Never paid extra for worst breakfast. Rest of staff and hotel very nice.

I had a great time in Nashville even if for only one night, the staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle was a huge convenience to get down town and back and see that area of the city. The rooms were very nice, no fridge though in mine and the microwave was by the elevator, a little weird but not the end of the world.

Not what I thought when I booked.

This hotel is OLD. The picture don't really show how bad the rooms are. The hallways were filled with dirty towels and trash. The doors to the rooms were very old and damaged. Location is ok. Needs to be remodel. The lobby was nice so i was so surprised when the halls and the rooms were so old.

The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming upon arrival and anytime I had questions. The property needs upgrades because the property pictured on the website don’t match the reality of the rooms.

Avoid this dishonest place

I prepaid and booked this hotel because my daughter was staying there for a high school competition. When I arrived they said sorry they were over booked and they didn’t have a room for me. They told me they would pay for a room at a nearby hotel (Candlewood). They gave me a paper reservation to take to the new hotel. So I proceeded to take my luggage back to the car and drive to the new hotel. After the visit, Candlewood billed my credit card for the full amount (which was more expensive than my Millennium reservation). The Millennium hotel refused to pay this. They lied and said I booked this new hotel on my own. Aside from this being a major inconvenience, I had to stay at a hotel away from my daughter, and pay more money, when I booked early and prepaid for my room.

Be ready for disappointment - whatever you think this hotel will be, it is worse. There are better hotels to stay at, and I would avoid this one every time, but if you are adventurous, read below to see what kind of an experience you may have. As you enter the hotel you will be greeted by the broken entry doors, that require you to zig-zag through them to enter the building. Upon completely this unique entry experience, you will arrive in a large, mostly empty lobby. If you are fortunate to be there on the weekend, you may also be greeted by many drunken party goers returning from their escapades in the city. After check-in, you get to ride the elevator, which may contain unidentifiable liquids spilled on the floor, and if you are truly lucky will trap you between floors when it breaks down on you. Finally upon arriving in your room, enjoy the old caulked together, broken fixtures, possibly a broken TV, and where you can play the identify the stains game. Fortunately, to bring extra excitement to your sleeping experience, you may be serenaded through the night by loud party goers blaring music and banging on the walls late into the night. All that said, once you leave, you will be thrilled to return to the comfort of your own home and bed, having had a truly memorable experience in Nashville.

This property should be CLOSED and fixed before allowing people to stay here. The pot smell was horrendous. The room was filthy, stained, mold, and zero soap in the room. No shampoo. It was awful. The staff knows and are apologetic which is why I gave the 4 stars for them.
