For the price, I was expecting a nicer room. The door was old & beat up, shower wouldn’t drain. Could definitely use some remodeling of the rooms

Good location, nice staff, hotel needs some updates

It looked like the pool might be nice, but that's about it! I would guess they're pre renovation being that only their service elevators were in service. Our room was gross, it smelled of mildew, there was water damage above the sink, wall damage, furniture damage and the ac/heater unit was loud as could be. No microwave and no minifridge. If there's room service, I wouldn't know because no menu was provided.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The push button switch on the lamp by the bed had to be pressed multiple times to turn on or off. The shower had a slow drain. The ice maker on my floor was out of order. Two of the three elevators broke down during my stay. No house keeping after hours. For the cost of the room I was highly disappointed.

Bathroom was small and old and dark. No bedside charging station .

outside was very nice. rooms were very dated, bathroom was small, no electrical outlets or charging outlets, overprice for what you get

Second stay here.....rooms need updated and bathrooms painted and up kept.. Hotel is unsafe for guest. My Jeep was stolen from the hotel parking lot and the hotel staff did nothing to assist but offer a late check out.

I called ahead of time for earlier check in and was told to just head in well when I got in I was told to wait in the lobby and that they would call me well I waited 4hrs I repeat 4hrs in the lobby and never received a call I had to go up to the desk and ask for my room and didn’t get one till 5pm 2hrs past check in time very un organized.

The Shuttle bus should of had 2 people on each day and night sometimes the wait was nuts.. Checking out was difficult we changed the payment card when we checked in, thinking it was correct and trusted big mistake we stayed 3 nights but my card has been charged 9 nights and moms 3 nights and trying to get it back has been a struggle checked out Sat and here it is Thursday and I’m still out of money

We were spoiled with an upgrade to the penthouse after they corrected a mistake I had made on line. They were over the top helpful, specially David at the front desk. From fluffy towels to the gorgeous views and beach this was wonderful. Convenient to everything and included discounts at local restaurant next to hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

Close to downtown. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes and about a 10 min ride

Our clothing as well our toiletries was taken from our room and we were told they were thrown away.

Nice hotel with a lot of history room were nice but need updating.

Convenient to downtown, free shuttle to Broadway, rooms seem a little dated.

While the lobby has been redone, rooms are much need of remodeling. Furnishings are in poor conditions, rooms have poor lay out and uncomfortable.

It was so lucky I found a hotel at this rate, and so close to downtown. We spent most of our time in downtown Nashville and this hotel worked out perfectly. Just an 8 minute drive to downtown, and if you don't want to drive or take an Uber, they have a shuttle that will drop you off or pick you up every half hour. Our room was great - no complaints. The rooms are a little dated but it was fine for us and pretty spacious. Our room was ready earlier than expected which was so nice! We got vouchers for free breakfast and the breakfast was really good. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place was easy to find and plenty of free parking.

Hi Kathy. Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to share your experience. Did you reach out to the front desk for help with any of this? Indeed we do not do room service but fridge, microwave, food delivery or even room move would have been offered. Our apologies for not having met your expectations We wish you safe travels
