Great stay. Great location

The check in was amazing and fast. Had door card in about 2 mins. (I recommend doing the pre arrival check in beforehand) The room nice a cool when arrived (most places turn off the heating/cooling unit when not in use). The shuttle to and from downtown is extremely convenient for when you don't want to drive or pay for parking downtown. The only bad part about the stay was the breakfast. It was atrocious! The pancakes were hard, the eggs were bland, no meats, the fruit tasted like it was fermenting, the apple juice tasted like it had previously reached room temperature and cooled again, the orange juice tasted like it was from the dollar tree. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention. Other than that everything else is good to go.

Would not stay here again

Bad: Cockroaches, was charged the daily extra fee for a breakfast I chose not to have ( I don't eat breakfast!) when I booked the hotel on hotel.com, no way to charge my phone with a USB port in the room, and the shuttle service was horrible. I paid so much for Ubers, I might as well stayed in a more expensive hotel in the downtown area. Good: Some of the desk staff was super helpful! They had ice water in the lobby. The pool was very nice.

An alright room for an alright price

I got a good deal on it so I can't complain however there are a few things that I must bring up because they're a big deal.. My room had a splitter thing that turns the two plug-in electric outlet into six this is plugged in behind the TV and not all of the plugs were pushed in well and some of the metal was exposed so for one I've never seen these in hotels because of the potential for misuse or risk of fire. Also when I was taking a shower I hit my head on that bar the metal bar no less than four times so that's almost makes me feel like it's not ADA compliant or something because that's probably the only reason the bar is in there wouldn't you say.
