Great hotel. Close to downtown

Just a 7 min drive from where we needed to be. Nice for an older hotel

Theyve been saying for years now that they're going to be upgrades but really nothing has changed. Not enough outlet plugins in the room.

Convenient location, helpful staff, and clean room. Parking lot signs warning not to leave anything in the car and hotel is not responsible for cars damaged or broken into was a little off-putting.

The view was amazing. Front desk staff was hospitable and friendly. The room could use a little updating but it was comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and friendly service. Pool area was nice. Maxwells bar had good food. They were really low on staff so it took a while to get served abd the other restaurant was closed. Covid really screwing things up. Overall though i would stay there again.

The fitness center and pool area were great. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. Looked like blood stains on the pillow case, dust all along the edges of the carpet and carpet was all torn up in spots. Stains on furniture and shower area wasn’t super clean. Location was convenient enough to downtown, but just wish it was cleaner and more up to date

The hotel is extremely rundown. The carpet is worn and heavily damaged. The elevators were not available. The bathroom drain did not work.

Completely run down and disgusting, no clue how they have the rating they do now. Switched rooms 3 times before when we checked in and each room was dirty, mildew and hair in the shower, dirty towels in the room. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the night because it was so gross.

Great place for the price. Pretty clean, vwry attentive staff, lots of parking

The building is older. Very noisy. The restaurant on site was closed. The shuttle to downtown was not running. The outside patio was a nice place to hang out. The front desk staff were very friendly.

Isolated from noisy downtown. No worries about nightly noise. Needs improvements in some areas across the facility. Illuminated lights are burned out and there's signs of wear across the facility.

Very run down

So, when you check in to the hotel, the check in area looks fairly nice. Outside by pool is a nice area also. But, behind the scenes this hotel is an outdated dump. Stains all over the carpet, our room had a broken ptrap which made the room smell of sewer gas, we had no shower curtain, the room was dirty, TV didn't work and the iron was broken. The pool area was closed because it hadn't been inspected yet. Its Memorial weekend for Gods sake, should've been done. No breakfast, no restaurant and no bar opened. That could be Covid related.

The pool and shuttle were the reason we picked this location and both were closed! The rooms and lobby had a lot of issues.

There was trash on the floor of our room. No toilet paper. Pool was closed.

The pleca was nice but not microwave or refrigerator in the room that was a disappointment
