Room is in disrepair. Sink handle was falling off, shower didn’t drain properly and filled while showering. Staff were very nice. Hidden $21 fee that was not clear in the sign up that they said “doesn’t show up for third party bookers”.

We weren't planning to be able to check in early but when we inquired about not checking in until checkin time the lady said let me look and see if we can get you in early. She said she could so we got to check in way early. That was awesome and we appreciated it

We have stayed here every time we visit Nashville. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We like the shuttle service into town that is provided and this time a continental breakfast was included. It wasn’t much but was nice to have something. However the hotel really needs to do some updates especially with the carpeting. It’s staring to look and smell pretty bad these days

Carpet was dirty and sticky by the wash basin. It was a nice hotel in its day but nothing was great. Check in was efficient but not friendly. The bar was closed when we arrived on a Tuesday cause it is only open Wednesday through the weekends in off season.
