Unfortunately upon arrival we were given a room with nearly everything damaged. The towel bar was cracked and hanging off the counter. The iron water compartment was cracked so it didn’t hold water. No working exhaust fan and the mattress had huge crater in it so my boyfriend did not get good sleep either night. It’s tough to get into an elevator when there are 21 floors and only one working elevator the entire weekend. I don’t think I would ever book here again.
Awesome place, smells do clean and great rooftop bar. Pool is awesome!! Great location.

Stayed here two years ago. All bars were open with food and drink, room was cleaned daily, free breakfast, pool and hot tub were open, we had our own waitress that took care of us at the cabana at the pool. Two years ago, 5-stars and that is why we booked here again. This trip, all bars closed, room is not cleaned for 5 days, pool area is virtually closed, breakfast is an additional $12, had to go to the desk to get coffee, toilet paper, etc.
The property was very clean and well maintained. My room was spacious. Rooftop bar was a perfect touch for after dinner drinks. My only complaint is I wish there was more flexibility related to late check outs.
This hotel is beautiful. The modern room was clean and the location was great. The valet staff and service was top notch. The only negative was the staff at the front desk. Both at check in and check out, 2 different people, the staff did not greet me, never cracked a smile, and seemed irritated by me being there. Neither people made an effort to speak up through the mask and plexi glass so They were difficult to understand. The person who checked us in said nothing about having to use your room key in the elevator so we did not have a direct trip to it while loaded down with our bags. The hotel and room itself were fabulous.

The room was excellent. The pool bar was open but not roof top. Which I guess I can’t blame covid for. The manager of the hotel was the one checking us in. She was very direct and rude. We all have bad days but people also pay to come to these destinations and it’s our job to be pleasant and help them have a good first impression of our establishment. I guess she forgot that. Probably won’t return with so many other options out there for Nashville.
The hotel was incredible, the only that sucked was the $43 a day parking fee.

The front desk was poorly managed. We payed our bill in full 6 months prior to our trip. When we arrived they help a credit card for incidentals we were told. Yet they actually recharged us for each night stay and taxes. When we questioned the charges we were told they would look into it and get back to us. They never did. Upon check out they had us fill out paper work to get our refund. They did not offer us any compensation or even say they were sorry. Almost 24 hours later and I still don’t have confirmation that the charges have been reversed and I was told I need to call my credit card company my self to check. Horrible customer service. I waste time on my vacation trying to get my money back.
