We didn't appreciate the cleaning staff knocking on our door Friday and Saturday at 9am. Also, coming by at 10:00am on Sunday wondering when we were going to leave. The shoe cleaning guy was really pushy then rude because we didn't use him to clean out boots and tennis shoes. The air conditioner did not work properly. We didn't complain as we thought it would kick on at some point. We were in room 1706.

The room was good size. We were located on the 18th floor. The view was outstanding. You could see the whole city. The front desk was great. They sent you text messages asking if you needed anything. Other than that they left you alone. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.
