The room was perfect. The location was fantastic. Check in was not great. The person checking me in barely spoke and did not even smile. I was told to swipe my card. I had to ask why. That made for a disappointing start to my stay.

Location is close enough to "the action" but was the quietest hotel I've ever slept in & the bed so comfortable. I wish I had one like it at home. Everything you need in a great place.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was about a 5 min walk from Broadway and we felt safe doing that. Breakfast is not included and we did not eat here. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The room was really nice and cozy, the bathroom was nice and clean. We walked everywhere since the location is a block off Broadway. The staff and valet parking were very nice as well. Would stay there again and would recommend to others.

The room and location were great! The food in the restaurant was fantastic as well! I did feel bad for the staff, I’m not sure if it’s a management issue but they all seemed like they hated their job. Could also just be crazy tourists or a combo. They weren’t rude and were extremely helpful, I just felt bad.
