Lamp didn't work, room layout not great, coffee was horrible

Not clean at all. Used sheets just thrown in the closet. Hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Carpet needs to be replaced!

The room we booked was no longer available. It seemed like they had over booked. We also checked in about 10pm but they still had to get our room together 🙄

Great Hotel, Nice Helpful staff. Recommend when in Nashville

Breakfast too high along with price of room. Price of snacks extremely high as well.

Shuttle driver was very rude. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the "free" shuttle but it was so inconvenient and the driver was so rude we ended up using Uber. Constant complaining, drives like a maniac, drops off at the wrong location, demands tips. Used it 3 times, 2 times with driver from hell, 1 time with Bill. Bill was awesome.

The property was well located and clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

great location near downtown Nashville, great staff, bar area, clean and parking

I was given a handicapped room. So i didnt like the shower

very nice hotel in the vanderbilt area of nashville the only problem i had had was paying an outrageous amount for parking. It's Nashville, not New York or Los Angeles

Good very courteous staff. Quiet location and good food

Nice hotel but seems overpriced. $31 per day for self parking?? GTFO

cheap finishes, old dirty and needs major updates and work also the first review was rejected do to it not being favorable. Now I would really stay away from this facility.

I booked a show at Ryman Auditorium. It is a walkable distance, if weather is ok. However it was a raining night, hotel’s free shuttle service was really helpful.

Me being from out of town, the staff was amazingly helpful with tips on where to go while I was in town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the shuttle bus to an from downtown, very convenient. Shuttle bus driver Gina had some great tips on where to eat too.

We were staying with 6 guests, in the junior suite. The room had 4 towels. I asked for and received towels, but the next day, we again had 4 towels. That also brings me to the room turn over. It was half done. Came back and found the trash emptied, but nothing else done, toilet paper needed filling, we needed towels (thought we would get the 6 we needed) had to call down again to get it done. I think the DoubleTree was nicer. Oh, the restaurant. It seems like an afterthought. Something to say they are a full service hotel so they don't have to include breakfast. Not somewhere to actually eat. Perhaps that has more to do with the local competition.

When we arrived I was shocked to find out they charged $27.00 a night to park our rental car there. The room was clean but it didn't have sheets on the sofa bed for my daughter. We called and they delivered them within the hour. The next day there was only 2 towels in the room even though we told them 3 adults were staying there. In addition there was not enough shampoo & conditioner for three people.

Staff was very friendly. They contacted us once room was available hours before check-in. Hotel hosted a tailgate party prior to the Vandy vs Ole Miss game serving complimentary beverages and burgers and dogs with games

Great hotel for a weekend in Nashville. Fantastic central location; close to everything. Loved the hot tub! Nice breakfast setup; our waiter was very nice. Staff were very warm and welcoming. We will stay here for future trips.
