Staff did not fulfill request

This hotel is centrally located if your doing more than broadway bars. Shuttle is useful for getting around the downtown area. Need less aggressive drivers for shuttle though.

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. No one cleaned my room for 2 days. Continental breakfast was not good. Ran out of everything including coffee, utensils, fruit.

There is a $32 parking fee, which; covers the transport you can call to take you place and come back for pick up.

Sheets had marks throughout bed

The room was dreary and looked liked it hadn't been updated in decades. Signs about enhanced cleaning not believable when obvious pile if hair discovered under bathroom sink the second we walked into the bathroom. Previous occupant left bag of ice in freezer that was not cooling and it leaked. Called for fridge replacement and new unit was missing freezer door. Ceiling fan pull was broken and not replaced until we called for repair. Closet doors were clearly off their tracks and had to be lifted and slid from side-to-side for access. Clothes storage not optimal; only cabinets with shelves or slide-out baskets instead of actual drawers. The only positive aspect of this property was the shuttle.

This hotel wasn’t very kid friendly...

The hilton is in a great location for restaurants, bars and an awesome night life. The staff has been great during my stay.

Oarking was 32$ anightthat i was not told about...this was a reoccurring problem for many guests that i walked by while checking in

The front staff was friendly. The bar manager was attentive. The thing I disliked is that we never got our room cleaned or restocked with fresh towels or toliet paper.

Hotel was nice, but if you’re ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING DO NOT GO HERE. My asthma was horrible due to all the previous animals in the room

The staff were really nice and helpful. It was slightly upsetting that we couldn’t find the parking prices and breakfast prices online so I didn’t realize it was a much better deal to get them included. But over all the hotel was GREAT, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, clean environment! Breakfast was offered in the morning for a small cost, coffee, tea and fruit were free. Great location for downtown!
