I booked a show at Ryman Auditorium. It is a walkable distance, if weather is ok. However it was a raining night, hotel’s free shuttle service was really helpful.

Me being from out of town, the staff was amazingly helpful with tips on where to go while I was in town. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the shuttle bus to an from downtown, very convenient. Shuttle bus driver Gina had some great tips on where to eat too.

We were staying with 6 guests, in the junior suite. The room had 4 towels. I asked for and received towels, but the next day, we again had 4 towels. That also brings me to the room turn over. It was half done. Came back and found the trash emptied, but nothing else done, toilet paper needed filling, we needed towels (thought we would get the 6 we needed) had to call down again to get it done. I think the DoubleTree was nicer. Oh, the restaurant. It seems like an afterthought. Something to say they are a full service hotel so they don't have to include breakfast. Not somewhere to actually eat. Perhaps that has more to do with the local competition.

When we arrived I was shocked to find out they charged $27.00 a night to park our rental car there. The room was clean but it didn't have sheets on the sofa bed for my daughter. We called and they delivered them within the hour. The next day there was only 2 towels in the room even though we told them 3 adults were staying there. In addition there was not enough shampoo & conditioner for three people.

Staff was very friendly. They contacted us once room was available hours before check-in. Hotel hosted a tailgate party prior to the Vandy vs Ole Miss game serving complimentary beverages and burgers and dogs with games

Great hotel for a weekend in Nashville. Fantastic central location; close to everything. Loved the hot tub! Nice breakfast setup; our waiter was very nice. Staff were very warm and welcoming. We will stay here for future trips.

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Medical Center. Convenient to both Vandy and downtown. Only two complaints-street noisy and $27 per day parking.

We were surprised that unlike the Hikton Garde Hotel in Cleveland, parking and continental breakfast were extra.

I recently stayed at this hotel for long weekend in Nashville. From check in to check out it was a pleasure. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms throughout the hotel were very clean. It's close enough to Broadway section to go to the local bars/eateries but also quite at night. Would highly recommend!

Made a last minute switch to this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The entire hotel was clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The shuttle from the hotel to town was great. Definitely worth the extra we spent.

We only stayed one day, but the shuttle bus was awesome and we enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

The front desk staff was awesome, Erica and Jasper were always helpful and a lot of fun!

Bath facility was not good. Facet in shower need maintenance and water pressure was poor. Pricey for the overall accommodations. Staff was good.

Great place to stay, but hot water was out! Bed was great, staff kind, good breakfast!

very friendly staff great area room very comfortable great breakfast

The hotel was clean, easy to find and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was free and easy to take. The location is perfect, just of the strip so no drunken antics outside but still close (about a mile) to all the great nightlife. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. In all, a fabulous stay.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend trip and our room was very comfortable and roomy. It was in a great location as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is great for visiting the university. Room was small but worked for 3 persons. The thermostat wasn't working and would not stay on setting and it was uncomfortable during the nights. (Room 309) Staff came to fix but nothing changed. The $25.00 daily self parking is something that will keep me from going here again.

Visited Nashville for a few days to tour/interview at Vanderbilt. Great location. Clean room. Went to the front desk about problem with mattress and maintenance was at our door in less than five minutes to fix it. Polite and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!

Hotel staff was wonderful!! They were all very courteous!! I thought price was a little high but hotel was very nice.
