fine. nothing out of ordinary and basic Marriott courtyard.

disappointed the shuttle didn't start earlier because i had a 7 am dr's apt but fortunately it was walking distance. the coffee pot still had the filter in it

We went for my brother's graduation - so the hotel location was great even though it was way to expensive for what it is. But that's what happens on event weekends. My husband could hear the bar behind the hotel but I didn't hear anything. The staff was super nice and the shuttle was also very handy. Perfect hotel for the situation.

The hotel is in a great location for the West End area and not too hard to get downtown to the music scene - but a little pricey for the property/area as compared to down town. The shuttle service was great. And the staff was excellent.

location was awesome. lots of bars and restaurants around the corner yet it wasn't too crowded. nice patio and intimate lobby. we brought a cheese ball and some crackers along so we set up on the patio one night and the other night we sat in the quiet section of the lobby and had a nice happy hour. we were glad we had a mini frig in our room. very nice shuttle that took us downtown to the hockey game.

We were there for parent's weekend and Gary and the rest of the staff were truly outstanding. They helped us get all over Nashvville and the free van service was a major plus!!!

was good, parking too expensive. we had the breakfast included which was nice and you can choose from the starbucks area

hotel is great, typical courtyard. nice, clean, good people. I just always forget they charge for things like breakfast and parking, which if i were paying for myself I would be annoyed.

I enjoyed the staff, they were excellent in assisting me with a wheel chair and checking me in. Nice, professional men. Thank you!

the staff was friendly and the room was clean! I was very impressed and will stay again.

Has a restaurant in hotel, simple 2-5 minutes from every thing downtown, walkout balcony,

front desk staff was helpful. We stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping never came to make up the room, empty trash or give us fresh towels. The shuttle was a very nice amenity.

This hotel was expensive for what you get. Extra cost for parking and the hotel is very old. I was not satisfied with this Marriott. It was a bit dirty and under construction. I would not stay here again. Very disappointed.

Lobby is welcoming but room itself is completely utilitarian without anymore warm feel. No frills at all: no 1 free bottled water, no in-room tea, bad in-room coffee, cheap and poorly designed hair dryer, poor vanity lighting, limited TV channels, and poorly positioned TV (to couch rather than to bed). Only plus is free shuttle within 3 mile radius , comfortable bed, free internet, ability to open window, and proximity to some good local flavor restaurants like Hattie's and Noshville.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, they helped make a great vacation.

As we requested help and information the staff was awesome. Really helped us to learn about Nashville and what to see and do. I would definitely recommend this hotel. At first I thought the location was to far from the main part of town i.e. broadway and the honky tonks). Then we realized there was winners and losers a block away and the recording studios a few short blocks away. For us it was the ideal location.

Our first time to Nashville. We had a blast and the hotel was close enough to all the happening venues. The free shuttle was very convenient. Would stay there again.

Your basic and pretty average hotel room. Midtown Grill across the street is a great place to go for dinner. Got my bill in the morning and found a $17 charge for parking that was not made known at the time of reservation or check in. Buyer Beware

Modestly priced hotel by definition; hotel staff was consistently extremely helpful. The front desk staff that I interacted with in the early AM; late at night; mid day over the course of 3 days. The people at the Bistro; the bell guys. Genuinely friendly and helpful and a level of service I am used to at significantly pricier hotels. I was impressed.
