Highly recommend!! Great location. Wonderfully helpful staff. So nice not to need to rent car because Hotel has van that will drive you to & pick you up from most attractions. (Roy & Bill were great!)

Nice gym with water refills everywhere, supplied with headphones if you forgot your own. Clean rooms. Their shuttle driver, Don, was amazing. He explained the shuttle system so well and was very informative about the areas we were visiting. The staff at the hotel barely explained how the shuttle worked and when we finally saw the shuttle, Don(the driver) was elated to help us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have more food/vending available, but overall everything was very good.

The first person we met at the hotel was Amy. She was friendly, energetic, welcoming, helpful & informative. Definitely would stay at this location again.

The only reason we booked this room was based on the booking page that the hotel price included parking. The others did not list it and we wanted to avoid paying for it. When we arrived the hotel side stepped the issue and said they didn’t charge us for parking, but the parking service would. I thought that was dishonest, and left me kinda upset all evening, while we tried to enjoy a night out in Nashville.

Nice place to stay. Friendly and very well located for whatever your stay reason may be.

The hotel itself was fine. The room was fine, nothing special but OK. My biggest disappointment was the balcony of the room. I paid extra to have a balcony, but the balcony was only two feet wide with two chairs, each turned sideways so they fit on the balcony. One chair had to be in front of the AC unit, so hot air blows on the person in the chair. The location was 1.5 miles from downtown, which was a little farther than I would have liked. The walk into town is not particularly pleasant because you pass over freeways and train tracks on the way.

Had a nice room overlooking the pool. VERY friendly staff.

Good Shuttle Service. Staff was hit or miss. We were denied free breakfast that was included in our room and the lady who denied us was a definite MISS, in terms of my aforementioned comment on the Staff.

disappointed the shuttle didn't start earlier because i had a 7 am dr's apt but fortunately it was walking distance. the coffee pot still had the filter in it

We went for my brother's graduation - so the hotel location was great even though it was way to expensive for what it is. But that's what happens on event weekends. My husband could hear the bar behind the hotel but I didn't hear anything. The staff was super nice and the shuttle was also very handy. Perfect hotel for the situation.

The hotel is in a great location for the West End area and not too hard to get downtown to the music scene - but a little pricey for the property/area as compared to down town. The shuttle service was great. And the staff was excellent.

location was awesome. lots of bars and restaurants around the corner yet it wasn't too crowded. nice patio and intimate lobby. we brought a cheese ball and some crackers along so we set up on the patio one night and the other night we sat in the quiet section of the lobby and had a nice happy hour. we were glad we had a mini frig in our room. very nice shuttle that took us downtown to the hockey game.
