The girl that checked us was extremely nice! Also I like that it was close to the airport and that’s about it.

Property has some renovations however my room was not clean, the bathroom leaked water from the commode seal . Shower was dirty, sheets were not changed. When I attempted to address staff about the concerns it was minimized. Dog was barking all night nosey neighbors terrible stay

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only 1 elevator was working so we had to use the stairs quite a bit.

Nice rooms, vreat staff. This will be my go to for Nashville visits. Great value!

I liked the hotel being that close to the airport - very convenient when you are flying. I liked that there was restaurant in the house. I liked the staff at the reception in the beginning. I did not like that the website promised airport shuttle but in reality it was not available on the day we needed. I did not like the inconsistency of information from the desk: when I checked in, I was told that I can pay in cash when I check out in the morning; however, the morning staff refused simply saying "we don't do cash here".

Older hotel with moderate updates. Friendly front desk staff, easy check in.

The room size for the price

This hotel looks very beautiful, but the staff is very disorganized or not present at the front desk. After waiting at midnight for 45 minutes to check in, the first room they sent me to was occupied by someone else. The second room was too inundated with smoke and I have allergies, so I had to go down for a 3rd time to get another key for another room that wasn't smokey. The room I wound up in did not have a light by the bed and the one on the desk was broken. It looks very beautiful online but it doesn't have that level of service or amenities that you would expect. I thought it was expensive for the level of room that I received, but it's much less expensive than hotels in downtown Nashville, so if you are renting a car, this might be a good option. on the second night my room key did not work and I had to go back to the front desk to get the key activated, but no one was there. It took 20 minutes for them to locate someone to help me.

* The 2 queen room I reserved 2 months in advance wasn't available. * I was moved into a king and was promised a roll away bed. * I repeatedly asked about the roll away bed throughout the day and was assured I would get one. * After not receiving a roll away bed by the evening, I was informed after midnight that they had none and was moved at 1 AM to a room with 2 beds like I originally requested. * No ironing board in the new room. * No one answered phone calls at the front desk except the 11PM shift on the first night.

I liked that it was close to Broadway driving distance and parking was free. Overall, I felt like I got catfished. The photos online looked a lot more appealing then what I experienced. The photos must be very old. The hotel room and lobby were very outdated and there was noticeable water damage above the ceilings.

when we arrived it was late at night and it took a while to get checked in. We waited in line along with others since there was nobody there at the front desk. Once checked in we got our room key card which often had to be reactivated at the front desk during our 3 night stay. During this time we had a super loud next door neighbor and person above is who yelled and stomped during the night. We also awaited the maid to come to change the sheets and bring towels however she never came in the 4 days we were there. When we asked the front desk for extra towels we received a dirty brown stained towel. The room looked pretty nice however the bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was outdated and dirty. Some of the shades on the windows also only opened half way up the window while others went all the way up. The shower wasn’t very clean and there was a large water stain on the ceiling above the shower/tub. Overall it was okay but definitely didn’t match the pictures online or a general expectation of cleanliness, noise level, and common expectations like cleaning the room (changing bed sheets, towels, emptying trash bags, etc.) just dissatisfied with our experience.
