Pleasant, comfortable stay.. will definitely return.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful! Room was clean and nice sized rooms.

Room was musty.....seems like they have a mold problem....

This hotel has an open foyer with rooms surrounding. Noise from the foyer/lobby/eating area travels into the hotel rooms. All night long, we heard screaming children, and adults laughing (free drinks are served from 5:30-7:30 pm. Security guard knocked on our door at 2am due to noise complaint and woke up 3 sleeping adults. We have stayed here many times before and overall quality of hotel has diminished. The Hampton Inn next door is a great alternative.

Not ada accessible enough. Doorways narrow, difficult to maneuver in the small rooms, shower did not work with a Hoyer lift. Water ran out of shower ponding on floor. TV was out of order and when I called they didn't have a replacement. Staff was friendly but didn't follow through. Elevators out of order.

The staff was amazing from start to finish. Rare to find a place where it is very obvious they like their jobs and do not mind serving the public. They where great checking us in & out, at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is in a really nice part of town. There are several shopping centers close by with restaurants. It was also close to the main highway. I liked that the hotel staff gave me two bottles of complimentary water when I checked in. The room itself was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

Overall nice hotel. Modern, good layout, nice views of courtyard. Rooms are big, but a few rough spots here and there. Shower felt really tight, good water pressure though. My bathroom didn't smell good, and the courtyard got pretty noisy with people at the bar. Also, for some reason.. Everyone was slamming their door...it got annoying. Seems like more business people than anything, and the breakfast and happy hour was awesome.

Great location. People were great. Friendly staff

We were there at 830pm due to heavy traffic and construction on the highways leading to Memphis. So we missed the happy hour. We were not real happy with the meal we had at the Hotel.

Great location, super friendly and extremely helpful staff, comfy bed, roomy suite. Bfast so so. Furnishings in room not warm and inviting - plasticy - prefer fabric. Would stay again. Great value.

My daughter and her two kids (2 & 4) had just finished a trip to visit my parents. Even thought it was a great family get together by the end of the week we were ready to get started home so we booked a suite here. Checking in was very fast, we were up in our suite within 10 minutes of parking. The restaurant was located in the hotel and was very family friendly. The room was clean and the next morning we enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast included in our room rate and headed out to the airport which was about 15 minutes from the hotel. As many other Embassy Suites have, this one had the little creek running through the lobby with fish and some ducks quacking around which entertained the kids.

Pros: very nice staff, lovely lobby and meal area, great cook to order breakfast, bed was comfortable, nice and safe location Cons: no hot water for 2 days, pool was murky, arcade games didn't work, shower floor looked dirty Although the staff was kind and the location was nice, I do not feel the hotel lived up to the Embassy name. Our family could have easily stayed at a cheaper hotel and enjoyed amenities that were lacking at this hotel.

Quite a savings over downtown hotels and still only 10 minutes from the music! Easy to get in and out from interstate. Also close to some high quality restaurants ( except the best bbq joints) and shopping areas.

great location, great restaurant in hotel. Family friendly.

great except shower water not very warm and we like warm showers

Stayed one night. Mostly was out. Lively setting. Was a wedding going on and was very noisy until late night. Noise until 2 am. Very helpful and nice people at the check in and reception. The welcome reception was very nice and good, Breakfast was great! very good service. Nice staff. Small and crowded pool. During busy weekends stay away from elevators.

The hotel is located in a very nice sec ion of Memphis with many good restaurants nearby. The hotel and the employees were very nice and attentive.

Kids loved it, indoor pool free hotdogs and cooked to order breakfast. Our stay was most enjoyable.
