Air conditioning was broken, elevator was broken, front desk told us that “they didn’t have pillows” when we requested an extra one. Hotel was pretty and breakfast was decent at least.

Where to start... checking into the hotel was almost breathtaking, but the further you made it in, the more lack luster the decor became. Our room seemed relatively clean until we came back from dinner, where we discovered the fridge not working. I found that it wasn't even plugged in, let alone no outlet for it. I notified the front desk and maintenance brout up a 2 foot extension with 3 plug ins on it. We were in town for my father's surgery and they offered shower stools for disabled people. When i asked for one, they said they'd try to find one. I waited hours with no one saying anything. I asked again and they said it was supposed to be dropped off, so the chase was on again to find it. Needless to say, we never got it. My father decided to take a shower as safely as possible. Upon entering the shower, the water never heated up once. My fiancé and i ran the water for 10 minutes to even double check... nothing. When i let the front desk know, i was offered extra hilton rewards and that was it. In the morning, i went to make coffee and ran into the same situation i ran into with the fridge. I had to move the coffee pot into the bathroom just to make a cup. They need to definitely tighten up some buttons. We will not be back to this location.

The hotel overall is not what it used to be. The happy hour is wine only and the room had a horrible smell. This was my second stay this month and both times there was dog food on the floor. I am not a dog person and I shouldn’t know that the person that stayed in the room previously had a dog. I won’t be back.

The tv’s did not work. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. A/c did not work. Kitchenette area did not have a plug for the coffee maker provided. Shower drain clogged due to lack of cleaning. When the hotel was informed I was told they were sorry but nothing was done to fix the problems.
