The first room they gave me the air conditioner didn't work! The second room they gave me one of the tv's didn't work. I kept that room so I wouldn't have to go to a third room. Also one of the mornings my room was not cleaned up. They came in and got the trash and did nothing else. The bed wasn't made or anything and didn't get any new towels!!! I expected better from embassy suites, especially for $760 for only 3 nights.

The worst thing that happened was the that the toilet fell over-while I was on it! And the bathroom began flooding. Yes, they did move us to a new room, though not as good a one. But they offered no help in moving us. No luggage cart, no porters. We were on our own. We had noticed the lack of staff even before this happened. Just short-staffed aararoundaround.wthere,
