Wonderful experience The rooms were clean, we were able to get towels upon request. Fitness center was clean spacious with good equipment. The continental breakfast was great we at there both days we were there ! Will definitely visit again
Everything here was great. Room was clean, dinnertime included drinks and snacks for free in evening, onsite restaurant was really really good. Breakfast was amazing, omelet stations, full hot and cold items. Took off one star because the beds could use updating, the mattresses were tired enough to feel the springs slightly and the pillows were very lumpy. But for what I paid for the night this was nothing too bad to complain about.
Staff was lovely and helpful Air conditioning in room was not great hard to sleep too hot
First room smelled horrible and had spoiled food in refrigerator and the second room the microwave didn't work. My digital key kept deacting as well as my key cards. I had to go to the front desk at least 6 times. Then we couldn't get extra towels.
Housekeeping was good. However smell of trash dumpster five fllors down near the staircase. Over two days
.
The beds were comfortable! The cook to order eggs or omelet was good. The pool area and lobby were nice. The hotel location was 10 minutes from mall and opryland. Some of the staff was a little rude when asking for towels or toilet paper. Overall the experience was nice!
The atrium of the hotel is absolutely amazing. The thing that disappointed us was being given a standard room when we paid for a suite when we checked in. That problem was partially rectified when we went back down to the front desk. We were told our king suite was overbooked and we were given a double queen suite.
Clean, spacious room, self parking easy but with fee $14 per night - drive only 15’ to downtown with lot of activities. Will recommend.
Great place to stay.
Convenient location. Breakfast was awesome. Staff very friendly. $14 parking every time you leave was a little ridiculous. Free WiFi is expected for any basic hotel these days. Paying $7/day is outrageous and just another way of nickel and diming their guests. I will definitely consider other hotels in the area when we come back to Nashville.
Very nice property. However. the night clerk might need to get a new job. No eye contact and not friendly. I called as soon as we arrived at the baggage claim which was before 10:00 pm for a pick up and he said it was too late. Our taxi driver was surprised especially since most companies pick up until 11:30 and flights arrive until 2:00 am. We had to pay $25 plus tip for a very short drive to embassy suites. The shower was dirty and dated and no regular coffee just decaf unless they moved us to another room. I didn’t understand and I wasn’t going to move after a long day of flying.
Parking gate helped you feel your vehicle was safer.
I understand to be fair since COVID there has to be a limit in the pool but why is it that you can only go once a day even when its no one in there. they should monitor better.
Nice stay... changed our room due to broken toilet....staff was very courteous and quick to offer a different room due to problem... would stay there again.
It was lovely We enjoyed 4 days Parking is too much though! Too expensive
