Embassy Suites Hotel Nashville - Airport

3.5 out of 5.0

They gave our room away after we had an email stating no additional confirmation required. This was booked through Orbitz. Nashville was pretty much sold out, so we ended up paying more and wasting a few hours. Not cool.

Would definitely stay again. Rooms were very clean. Staff was extra friendly

All great...except many Hilton rooms have wire contrainers in shower...soap falls thru to floor. Stupid design

Every staff person I saw spoke to me in a friendly manner. The front desk people were very helpful with suggestions on eating places and with directions. Really enjoyed our time there.

Place was perfect in every way except for housekeeping. Found clothes from previous lodger in room. Also had to request housekeeping three times, they didn't show until after 6 pm. That was very inconvenient since we had family we had wanted to bring to the room. When they did come all that was done was making beds. Breakfast was great and so was the lobby and sitting area.

We stayed here for a gymnastics competition. We were able to check in on time. The breakfast was amazing! Kids loved the pool. Great place to stay, close to what we needed. We would come back!

The carpet was wet for about two feet from the windows due to severe condensation dripping down the windows. There was even mold growing at the bottom of the windows. I wish I would have known before I spent the money.

This was a great place to stay. We had a suite and the only thing we regretted was not having enough time there to enjoy it. we only slept there overnight to catch our plane home the next day. Very convenient to the airport, but we were able to get some sleep, did not hear planes coming in and out. checking in and out was easy and the staff was very polite and friendly.

This hotel was great. I was visiting my mom and had an early flight out. We decided to stay in Nashvillw so we wouldn't have to get up so early (she lives 3 hours from Nashville). The room was great we played cards at the table in the "living room" area and then went to the bedroom when we were ready for bed. There was a restraunt and bar where we were able to get food and drinks. We had a great evening and would definetly stay there again.

I was happy with my stay. I had no complaints, everything was good about the hotel and I would stay again.

Pleasant experience. Wonderful staff, Clean rooms, AND Overall Just A GREAT stay.

It was good enough for me. What else do you people want me to write?

We had what started out as a bad experience but quickly turned into the best hotel stay we ever had. When we arrive at the Embassy Suites at 1am from Houston, the room we booked (king be with sleeper sofa) was next to the elevator, I immediately complained at the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available. I asked for Hotel Management who booked us into a room with double beds with a sleeper sofa, away from the elevators. The manager asked us to come see him again in the morning to get the room with king bed and sleeper sofa. The next day we were placed in the best room in the hotel (9th floor) with a wonderful view of the city, and complimentary vending machine access (free). The staff really made us feel like they cared, and the hotel manager was so nice ( he was "SO COOL"). He even too pictures for us when we returned from our wedding party. What started as a nightmare turned into the best hotel stay my family ever had.

Really have no complaints about this hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Thus was a very clean and relaxing hotel. The breakfast was amazing!

Embassy Suites are always nice to stay. Evening reception was good and comfortable room but tempature could have been adjusted to be cooler. Could be because it was a suite and a larger room. Overall great stay no complaints

I ALWAYS have a great experience at this Embassy Suites; and I have been staying here since the late 90's! The highlight of my trip this time was finally meeting Tammy Meadows who I've communicated with several times via email, but always missed in person. She is an asset to the BNANA Staff ☺️

TV would not work for a while and I had to go to front desk, because staff does not bother to answer the phone. Also, it is a great place to stay if you enjoy hearing the toilet running.all night.

We enjoy the Embassy Suite Hotels. They are a good value for the money, especially when traveling with family. The breakfast is over the top!
