Ordered to sit in chair when trying to check in without so much as a Hi or We will be with you shortly. Hallways smell like wet corn chips. Refrigerator does not work. Bathroom fan does not work. Taking a shower sets off fire alarm. Slow draining shower. Loud rattles from air conditioning unit. Beds are worn out and springs loud and crunchy. Asked to change rooms but none were conveniently available. I have stayed here a lot over past 12 years. Last time. Avoid at all costs.

Nashville weekend

We had a large room with lots of space. The beds are extra firm, which I am OK with but other family member didn’t care for it. Breakfast was pretty typical more than some. Actually the Biscuit and gravy at the hotel was better than what I had at Cracker Barrel. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

They are very nice and understandable and polite and they breakfast are great and the staff's room's are nice and comfortable and cozy way better then extended stay up the street.

I love staying at older hotels. I find them charming and full of life and history. While the overall reviews led me to choose to stay at the Alexis Inn and Suites I was incredibly disappointed. I even felt “catfished.” The room and hotel is itself is okay, nothing special but not unbearable. The property and location however, make you want to hire security to ensure your vehicle won’t be broken into or stolen. Very sketchy and frightening for a young woman. If you are staying alone, I highly recommend you find safer accommodations for your stay in Nashville. As for the staff, they seemed annoyed with my presence while checking in and out, even though the interaction was straightforward and brief. Very unwelcoming. There are better places to stay at equally economical prices. This is not a place I would ever stay again.

THIS SHOULD BE EVERYONE'S GO TO PLACE TO STAY!

AMAZING customer service, from check in to check out. Always willing to help with anything. Breakfast was beyond what i was expecting. We're from here in Nashville but live in Wisconsin now i was so excited to have true biscuits and sausage gravy. They had pork sausage and turkey sausage for those who preferred it. Cold cereal, oatmeal (not instant), fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast, bagels, accompiemants, make your own waffles, fresh juice, coffee, hot tea, fresh tea and fresh popped popcorn all day in lobby. Rooms are very nice, beds very comfy, clean. Towels big and fluffy.
