Sofa was broken down and uncomfortable, along with bamboo chairs without cushions & stray staples. Handrail by shower would be helpful as tub is pretty tall to get in for shower. Toilet seats loose, caused injury… cut on leg. Hosts were very responsive. Property could use updating.

Nashville fun with family & friends

Great time! Great location!

Loved the location of this property! Was great to be in the more upscale Gulch area for accommodations. Close uber ride to Broadway. Best of both worlds! Only thing I would change is the key in the lock box. A keypad or other entry method would be more convenient!

Ladies Weekend

The place was amazing, it was quiet, and it was close to downtown, lots of restaurant options, and a mini-market. The space was great, it had more than enough room for our group of 4 women, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen area was great, plenty of room for 4 of us to be doing different things. The beds were great, and even the sofa bed was comfortable.

38th birthday

Property is great, as described. Easy access location to celebrate a 38th birthday with Sisters and Aunties! Some Lyft drivers couldn't find the actual door for pick up, but the pedal bike taxi drivers knew just where to go!

Nashville's Little Secret

We had a great time at this location. It was a doable walk for 59-65 year olds (in 1/2 way decent shape) to walk to Broadway. It's a quick Uber back safely. Being in the Gultch is like being in a small village of it's own. Great restaurants, young couples walking their dogs and biking in the evenings. I would highly recommend this location.

Great location

The condo is in a great location and walking distance of many restaurants. You can walk to downtown as well or it’s a very cheap Uber ride with one being within five minutes.

Perfect location

This property is in the trendy Gulch area. Great dining, music and shopping just steps away. Our only recommendation is to add a full length mirror to the bedroom and improve fhe lighting in the bathrooms. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Great Gulch Stay in Nashville

We had a great time staying in the Gulch. We were three people and fit comfortably in the apartment with two of us taking bedrooms and the third sleeping on the pull out sofa. Walking distance from downtown and Broadway (15 min or so). Ubers arrive in less than 2 minutes to take you anywhere else you need to go. Plenty of food options nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Overall great stay and highly recommend!

Great Location in the Gulch

Came to Nashville to see Mellencamp Concert at the Ryman. Best show ever! There were a lot of great Eateries of many varieties in the Gulch. Our accommodations in the Gulch were an easy walk to Broadway, and a perfect way to walk off some of the fabulous meals we had in the Gulch. Water was shutoff to the building all day on the day of the concert and that was a bit of an inconvenience; however, property management had not control over this issue and was very responsive to all of my inquiries. We would stay here again.
