First off, the pool is being remodeled and was not open. The famous guitar shaped pool as it stated in the deceitful description. Then, because of the remodeling, the noise level was ridiculous. Breaking concrete in the early morning. Never been to such a noisy hotel.

The staff is AMAZING AND SUPER FRIENDLY! They are doing renovations and we did report that a side door had been propped open.. it was still propped open in the morning so not sure whether construction people are doing that or ?? There was plastic on the floors which was a little unsightly, but our room was clean and comfortable. Good stay overall!

I thing the restrooms need a a shelf to set your cloths and shower items on

Staff was great, place was clean but it definitely needs an update. Pool noise carries to upper levels where rooms are.

I liked that it was close to downtown, had 4 towels in the room (most give 3 and lie to you theres 4),free parking, wifi, and breakfast was hot and served safely. What i didn’t like was the doors are hard to open (need to body shove), halls smell and carpets are sticky. Elevator had a leak and smelled also. If your room is next to pool it is not soundproof. I was on 4th floor and heard people in the pool clearly.

Good hotel everything we needed. Staff was excellent except for clerk on night shift Sunday night. Not friendly and acted like we bothered h. Not customer engaged at all.

Location. Shuttle to Broadway. Friendly staff. Nice pool

Hotel was clean and the staff nice. Way over priced though. I would normally pay about 70 bucks for a room like this. It’s very close to the stadium though. The walk to downtown is harder than it sounds. The bridge has a steep incline and the bridge elevators didn’t work. Not many places to eat close by unless you go over it. Hotel had a good breakfast thankfully. The shuttle service to get to downtown was helpful but don’t rely on it to get back. We literally sat waiting for 45 minutes freezing on the side of the road after we called the hotel and confirmed a meet time/place. Never showed. Shuttle was in the parking lot when we returned with a Uber driver. Won’t stay here again. I’ll just pay the extra to stay downtown.

The grounds were kept tidy and clean. The breakfast was warm and delicious. The only thing that was an issue was that one of our key cards kept not working so we had to get it reactivated twice. That being said, everyone on staff was so nice. The desk clerks, the shuttle drivers, the housekeeping and the janitorial staff... everyone one pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Location was the best thing, shuttle took us downtown.

The list is too long to name the dislikes...we do not normally stay at "high-end" hotels as we are gone all day sight-seeing, etc. This was the worst of the worst....very bad smell in our bathroom (reported it every day with nothing done), requested a bath mat in the very slippery tub (never got it...finally went directly to housekeeping and found one), breakfast always had 3-4 missing items (no coffee, no milk, no eggs, no napkins, no knives...it varied every morning) The hotel is in terrible shape and really needs refurbishing! Among many other issues, the "topper" was spending 20 minutes in pulling up our boarding passes in the "business area" to find out they are not hooked up to a computer...and no one told us! Only positive...comfortable beds!

Great location to walk to city (15 minutes). We liked the idea to park it (free) at the hotel and just walk everywhere. Optional free shuttle with convenient drop off. Room was simple, older but comfortable. Safe didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t return when they came by early and we asked to come back after. So we had to go find clean towels. Cool guitar shaped pool with towels there. Overall a good experience. If your looking for luxury this ain’t for you. Breakfast was so so. Coffee not drinkable

Older but clean room with excellent staff. Included breakfast was excellent and coffee/tea was available all day in the lobby.

Great service, but the only complaint i had was the toilet had no flushing power.

I like that it was close to downtown. Staff was friendly; especially the breakfast lady.
