This hotel is great. I will use again. Free breakfast, dinner and drinks thank you for a wonderfully nice. Stay.
Nice people, excellent customer service, old facilities, old carpet, small bathroom, no bathroom fan, no bathroom in the pool area, overpriced.
Check in was smooth since we had prepaid through Orbitz. Everything initially looked very nice but there were some disappointments that I did not expect in a room that retails for over $200 per night. First of all, the toilet wouldn't flush. (We didn't discover this until the morning so we decided not to bother with calling Maintenance.) Second, I was unable to figure out how to activate the lighting on the bedside clock radio. I don't know if it was broken (unacceptable) or if it was simply one of those devices that has a human-proof interface but it was very inconvenient to not be able to check the time without turning on the lamp next to the bed. Finally, the bathroom was very poorly designed and cramped compared to the size of the rest of the room. The full breakfast was nice but I wouldn't pay more than $120 per night for this property.
I was extremely impressed the moment I stepped into the hotel. I had a long travel day from the West Coast and the last thing I wanted to think of was where I was going to eat dinner. Heather, one of the kindest clerks, informed me of the dinner service. The room was extremely clean and I was very satisfied. The location of the hotel is perfect when because the airport is close by, but driving to downtown Nashville is only a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
Very clean and the staff was friendly and personable
Perfect staff, management, pool, hot tub, service, etc. Will stay here every visit to Nashville.
The room was very clean! The staff members were super nice and accommodating! The Happy Hour drinks and snacks were the best I have ever had! I will most definitely make this my choice of stay when I come back to the Nashville Area!
Everyone was exceptionalky nice. the room was clean and the breakfast was good. the kickback in the afternoon was a nice touch
From the moment we arrived the staff was excellent. The "extras" were such a nice treat. The room was extremely clean and very nicely furnished. Will definitely look for other Drury Inns when traveling.
Have stayed at this hotel several times due to their airport shuttle and proximity to airport. Shuttle runs on an as-needed basis and is very quick and convenient both in transporting to and from the airport. At my most recent stay, for the first time I had to pay a modest amount to park and fly. I never had to pay in the past, but it turns out to be much cheaper than paying to park at the airport anyway. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, and the staff is always very friendly. The hotel is quite a bit nicer than most of the others in the airport area, but the price is still higher than it should be in my opinion.
The stay was very nice I will stay at drury again. I am done doing my review for the discount I probably won't use
My mother and sister joined us in our room for the night and my son, his wife and their 4 children came for breakfast. They were well accepted and comfortable with no problems. Thank you manager and staff! I will be back. Oh! Our dogs were comfortable and welcomed too.
All the staff were very nice and hotel met all of our requirements. They served breakfast and dinner which helped our budget. Would come back here again.
We have always loved the Drury Brand but the hotel seems older and even tho it is a smoke free hotel our room (on 6th floor) smelled like old cigarette smoke. the beds are full size not queen, will probably reconsider staying in the older Drury's next time, the newer ones are very nice.
The hotel was VERY nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was AWESOME, especially after running a 5k in the COLD!! Thank you! We will definitely stay again!
The only complaint I have is that our whole floor was supposed to be non-smoking and our roomed smelled horribly of smoke. Even with the sign on the table that says if someone smokes in there there will be a $250 charge. Our clothes smelled of smoke horribly when we got home. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfy!
The manager is on the ball at this hotel. He is always working....picking up dishes and greeting the guests during the meal at night...the whole staff is so kind and extremely pleasant. We loved the full buffet of foods at night and the warm breakfast...the room was clean and quiet..beds were very comfortable. No reason not to stay here...not far from Opryland...the price is a little much for our tastes, but it was our anniversary.
When we arrived at the Drury, we were greeted by a very warm, welcoming staff. Our check in was processed super quickly and they explained that there was complimentary dinner and cocktails in the lounge area, which was a great surprise! We had a long day of traveling so it was really nice to be able to just put our bags in the room and get some hot food and some cocktails right away, rather than have to figure out a plan for dinner. Our room was very clean and cozy. One thing I loved was that they had large dispensers mounted on the shower wall with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner - no tiny little bottles that never have enough in them! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.I loved that this hotel is pet friendly, as I'm traveling with my 2 dogs. There is a big field right next the the hotel that is mostly fenced in,which was awesome because i could take them down there to play, walk, and exercise! Even though the place is pet friendly, it was very quiet and had no pet odors at all! A great continental breakfast is served every morning, complete with a waffle station! And it's only about 10/15 minutes from downtown!
Extremely friendly staff and a great location to popular downtown attractions.
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our way home. The staff & accomodations are outstanding! They feed you breakfast & enough food to be considered dinner along with complimentary drinks. It could only have been better if it were closer to attractions. Had we known what a great hotel this is, we would have looked into how to get shuttles, etc. to the attractions but, unfortunately, we were only there for one night. We wish there were some of these hotels in California! Drury Hotels will be the first one we look for when we travel again!
