We had a great overnight stay. Everything about this property was great.

Hotel room and lobby were exceptionally clean. Receptionist was extremely nice and the location of the hotel was great. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect except the comfort of the bed and pillows. I had two rooms, 4 people and all 4 people agreed the bed and pillows were a 0/10 on comfort level.

The shower was awesome, and all the lighting in the room.

Front desk agents are borderline rude... not up to par in my opinion

When my iron was not working I called guest services and was treated very rudely. When Asked for a replacement Iron he would only reply "sure" after asking if that meant a yes or a no. I then asked him to go get his manager and after a reply of "sure" he left me on hold never to get his manager. Additionally, when I finally had to go find the manager in person the iron they replaced mine with wouldn't even turn on.

Hallway was and elevators were dirty. One elevators was out of order all week.

The hotel was very close and yet not too close to a lot of the attractions. It was close to a lot restaurants. You could walk or drive from the hotel with ease. Rooms were clean and comfortable. You really couldn't ask for more.

Close proximity to Broadway and Vanderbuilt. Staff was pleasant. Valet service was impeccable.

I was not hassled or charged for a late check out. Enjoyed the exercise facility and shuttle service.

This place was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided everything you need. The pool was awesome. They even had pool floats for the guests. Will definitely be going back here

We had a room next to the elevators and we could here it going up and down all night.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Great location - just a couple miles ($10 uber) from DT and near Midtown as well. There is a free shuttle that goes from the hotel to downtown as well, so we didn't have to pay anything. The shuttle drivers were also super helpful, and if we called them specifically, they would come get us from a spot off the shuttle route. Great price as well - a little cheaper than proper downtown.
