Great location! Walking distance to many restaurants. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Parking was easy, gated flat parking lot behind the hotel. Not a parking deck. Staff was friendly.

Super friendly staff was so gracious and accommodating as our flight in was well before check in time and our departing time was well after normal check out. Everyone was so kind and hospitable. Extremely convenient with the on-site dining with live music, and free shuttle to Broadway. Room was clean and spacious. Would 100% return.

Staff was great. Overnight the heat in the room would not turn off, even when the unit was completely turned off. The night attendant apologized but said there was nothing that could be done. There was also no hot water on the second day of my stay.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself is in need of some updating and maintenance. The carpet was old and saggy, not stretched and tacked as it should be, and there was chipped paint around. The beds were comfortable, thankfully.
