Didn’t stay as they overbooked or something and pushed me off to another hotel which ended up being a downgrade from my original booking. Won’t book with them again.

We loved staying at the Hyatt! It was perfect walking distance to Broadway, the country music hall of fame and all of the other great Nashville locations!!!

Great location, friendly staff however I wouldn’t qualify this hotel as 4 starts. Room was subpar and small. While not a big deal, I asked for an upgrade that I was willing to pay for. There were two front desk attendants when I made the request. One was looking and found availability, the other stopped her and told her no. They then proceeded to say there was no availability. I have my reasoning for why it was done and have taken note not to stay at this facility again.

Amazing location. Unexplained charge on my card for $774. Called multiple times-no explanation. Just contacted my bank and reported fraud
Had a great stay. Rooms were clean and we were minutes from the boardwalk and Atlantic City. They also allowed us to bring our dogs. Would stay here again.
