The rooms were clean. The staff’s customer service was good. I would have liked more clarity on parking options. Breakfast was great. They had a good variety of food and they switched it up daily. I love the pool. We had it to ourselves.

Even though we were told room service was every three days we had to ask for room service and it was not done until day four. Why do they leave three sets of towels and washcloths when two people are in the room and they only provide room service every third day?

The hotel was located in a great location to walk to Broadway & Printer's Alley. Only a 5 minute cab ride to Zanie's Comedy Club. Bed was comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the hotel didn't have a great view of downtown's skyline that we assumed it would since it was downtown, but it's surrounded by condos and only has 7 floors.

Avoid staying here on your trip to Nashville! The room had bed bugs. Caused a major inconvenience in having to Sanatize everything when we got home and had clothing damage due to washing. Also had major rash on my body which required several days of treatment. Notified management and they never returned my call ! Seems like they don’t care. I’ve stayed at many hotels and never once had this issue . Stay away from Hyatt House Nashville!

Overall nice first rate Hotel in a convenient location to the Gulch and the City Winery. Both were a short walk away. Parking was convenient but costly which is typical for the area. Staff was friendly. There was no water availability on the floor that we could find. I'd stay there again.
