The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were good options for breakfast and a nice dining area. The hotel was clean but very outdated. The floor in our room literally had moving tiles under the carpet that was very strange walking around with the floor is moving. It made a very loud noise also with the moving pieces, so I am assuming the room above us had the same issue because every step they took sounded like tiles being thrown back and forth. The cleaning crew did the best they could with what was there. At first I thought the floor was dirty but on closer inspection I realized that they spray painted the walls and allowed it to splatter on everything. So long story short, I believe it’s the maintenance or renovating people that took far too many shortcuts. Overall, it seemed safe, decent parking, good breakfast, clean but weird.

The property was convenient and not too far from the airport. The staff were very helpful, rooms lobby area were clean. Only negative I have is the lack of enforcement of the people staying at the hotel to wear mask ESPECIALLY in the dinning area (of course while not eating and around the food). But overall great place to stay!!!

The hotel was okay, clean, staff was friendly. Upset they didn't have hot breakfast. That is why I chose it. Pool was closed. Another reason I chose hotel. Even during Covid they should have put on this website. The inside of the room was fine until we opened the sofa be and it looked like there was poop stains all over it. I had to call down for a new mattress. Laundry over priced and didnt work well.

We do apologize about the coffee machine that has now been fixed due to guests not properly using the equipment.
