Located in historic Edgefield, an East Nashville neighborhood, just 0.9 mi from Titans' Stadium and 1.8 mi from the action on Broadway. Bike or walk to Downtown--Nashville B-Cycle has a rental kiosk just a few blocks away, and Eastside Cycles is available nearby for rentals, sales, routes, and repairs on your bikes.

Guests have access to the entire main floor, except for a locked owner's closet and a locked supply closet. A completely separate upstairs owner's apartment, accessible only via the external stairs at the rear of the house (as shown in the photos), is reserved for owner use and storage and is not available to guests. This space remains locked at all times and is monitored by security cameras, both inside and around the external stair access. The owner's apartment is entirely separate and is not occupied during guest stays. In the extremely rare event that the owner needs to use the private apartment during a guest’s stay, advance notice will be provided.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Historic old home with modern/updated kitchen and baths. Beautiful interior with quirky sloping hardwood floors and old fashioned touches. The management company does a fantastic job, providing EVERYTHING you could possibly need during your stay. Location in East Nashville is minutes from downtown (*Great view of the city skyline if you stand in the street in front of home at night*). We met some neighbors while sitting on the porch every evening, and the neighborhood is quaint and safe. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville!!

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of on-street parking. We were able to walk some restaurants but took a short Uber to Broadway. The kitchen was great! We spent the majority of our time around the large island. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Deacons House

This is a great property. It is close to downtown Nashville. The modern kitchen was well-stocked and a great place to gather. It has a double dishwasher, double oven, separate ice maker, wine frig and large side-by-side refrigerator. The bathrooms were very clean and had many nice extras. The air conditioning was adjustable which was needed since temps were always in the 90’s. It’s a short drive to The Grand Opry from this home. I would highly recommend this lovely place. It is perfect for 2 couples’.

We loved Deacon's house! Perfect for our needs while in town for AC/DC. The concert was delayed by a day, but thankfully we were able to quickly contact the host and extend our stay. They made everything so easy!! Morning coffee on the front porch swing highly recommended! So enjoyed our stay!

The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. It was located just a short Uber ride to Broad street. Our stay in Nashville was too short. The only shortcoming was the front steps were a little hard to manage in the dark as there was no railings. We were pleased with the house.
