We spent a week at the Sheraton while we toured Nashville with our 12 and 15 year olds. This was a great place- clean, quiet, and restful. We toured the downtown area but didn't have to live in it- close to breakfast places and dinner as well. Easy access to highways as we went to see sights outside of downtown.
$550 for 2 nights at the Federal Rate. Parking Extra $29.99/night. Pet Fee $75. No Complimentary Pet packages. Apethetic check-in supervisor Friday evenings. Hour and a half wait for bottle of wine. Beautiful lobby. Sales team excellent. Hotel design increases room noise level. Cleanliness perfect. Not Worth the Price! Plenty of other hotels around Music Row at half the price!
We stayed there for 3 nights and were very happy with the accommodation and the staff. I would give them a rating of 5/5 except that our sink did not drain fast enough, although this was fixed as soon as we reported it, and that there is no fridge in the room. We also had to ask for complimentary water to be brought to the room everyday but at least it was complimentary. The towels and bedding are white enough (not looking tired and old). The location is great and close to the attractions and restaurants.
We stayed one night at this hotel while in town for a show at The Ryman. It is walking distance to most everything one would wish to go to. The room was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of downtown Nashville. The bed slept like a dream, and that's coming from someone with sleep issues. It was weekend after Valentine's Day, so the price was a little higher than normal, but all in all, a very luxurious room. Parking garage was tight, so consider yourself warned & drive safely.
This Hotel was very nice! However, its a good thing I didn't spend much time in my room sleeping because I wouldn't have gotten much sleep due to the mattresses being so worn. They both had a lot of wear and were not comfortable at all. House keeping should be able to gauge when a mattress is that bad. Other than that is was extremely clean and front desk staff was helpful. I would recommend staying here, but would suggest asking staff to keep management informed about beds.
My first time to Nashville. Front desk was so accommodating! Club level breakfast was beautiful. Room is moder and clean. Very comfortable bed. Good location, it is a 10/15 minute walk to all the clubs and music.
I was in Nashville for business, but was able to get out and see many of the local attractions. The hotel is located in a great spot to be able to see everything, and we did so by walking most places. It was very clean, and the staff was very helpful as well.
We stayed here for 3 nights for a birthday celebration. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distances to all the nightlife, The Ryman, music row, Country Music Hall of Fame, and more. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the area and helpful in getting you where you need to be. The free shuttle is just an added bonus! The rooms were immaculate, beds very comfortable, and the views are stunning of the downtown area. Do not hesitate to stay here! Will be back for sure!
Having out of town guests requires accommodations that pleases all concerned. Consistency is important and this place is always the best. The location is central to all the activities. Mass Transit is readily available.
Close to both the Ryman Auditorium and the Tennessee State Capital, the Sheraton Nashville Downtown is a modern, well-appointed hotel in a convenient location. There's a casual restaurant onsite that serves decent food, though maybe a bit pricey. On the whole, the place seems expensive, but when compared to other places in the neighborhood the prices are comparable. One tip - because of the atrium style interior this is not the best choice for acrophobes.
