Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown4.0 out of 5.0

Close to both the Ryman Auditorium and the Tennessee State Capital, the Sheraton Nashville Downtown is a modern, well-appointed hotel in a convenient location. There's a casual restaurant onsite that serves decent food, though maybe a bit pricey. On the whole, the place seems expensive, but when compared to other places in the neighborhood the prices are comparable. One tip - because of the atrium style interior this is not the best choice for acrophobes.
Very up to date, recently remodeled. Staff was very friendly, food at the bar was outstanding. Definitely recommend if you can catch it at a decent price. Parking is $35/night, be ready for that. The room was clean, up to date, and they have awesome water pressure in the shower!
I stayed at this hotel during an extended weekend with friends. It was beautiful inside and the staff was very pleasant. We walked to downtown almost everyday, although there is a shuttle that will take you places in the city. The rooms were well maintained and very comfortable, stylish. I had a wonderful experience.
I had an A+ experience at this tall, elegant, open, modern hotel. I felt like a queen walking in, the location was perfect, and I could rave all day about the wonderful staff. Especially Sarah Durai! The staff was enthusiastic about recommending restaurants based on needs, and has a complimentary shuttle to/from the downtown. Everything is clean and shiny! I can't wait to return.
My husband and I enjoyed the hotel and awesome location. It's very easy to walk to local spots located near the Capitol building. The parking fee is per night, and so a two day stay is one night's parking. In the room we would have enjoyed better tasting coffee. We're big coffee lovers and were not impressed with the taste of the coffee. The renovations make for a well decorated hotel. The service is very good, and overall I recommend this hotel.
Just stayed here for a business event over 3 days with about 300 people. The hotel staff, from the moment I got here, were top notch. The doorman had an umbrella ready as it was raining when I got out of the Uber. The check-in was a breeze and the rooms are really comfortable. The atrium feature is stunning and oddly enough not a noise issue in the rooms. If there is one thing I wish they could improve is the speed of elevators. Perhaps our group overwhelmed the system, but there was a lot of waiting. The hotel is a close walk to Broadway, the convention Centre and the Bridgestone arena. It's very convenient.
We stayed here for a long weekend the hotel was in a good location. The hotel is nice and clean, rooms spacious. There is a restaurant and bar onsite as well as parking. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Christine was the very best!! Extremely helpful!! Frazier was also great along with all the staff, they go out of their way to make sure all the guests are well taken care of - they are the epitome of "southern hospitality!" Thank you!!
I surprised my boyfriend with a trip for his birthday. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with an extremely nice valet crew. We checked in and Brad gave us a room upgrade just because he thought we were nice! They treated us exceptionally well all weekend and met our every need! They have won my heart and I plan on staying here every time I come to Nashville!
We stayed here while on an Adventures by Disney tour of Nashville. Very contemporary hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, the staff was friendly. The view from the room was nice. Nashville has some pretty good hills, but if you don't mind walking a little the location was great. On the down time from the tour we walked to dinner and down to broadway.
