The hotel is supposed to be a 5-star but did not meet expectations. The swimming pool in just a big bath tub stuck in the basement, no windows and no bathroom/changing room. It cannot be defined as a swimming pool. The equipment in the gym is not working fully. I have complained on my first day but they were not fixed. The gym has no bathroom/changing room either. The carpet in the corridors and rooms is dirty. Housekeeping does not clean the room daily, they only change towels and make up the bed but nothing else is being done. They repeatedly forgot to take my laundry and I finally had to take it to reception myself. There is neither fridge in the room nor kettle to boil some water for tea. The wifi does not work properly and there was a wifi black out for 14 full hours (during which i got totally disconnected from the world). The bathroom is small and sad, with bad decor. The only 5-star part of the hotel is the service at front desk and the valet service. The staff there is super friendly and efficient. Also the front desk manager is very nice and she did her best to improve the quality of our stay. However, as the problems of the hotel mainly relate to the bad quality of the pool/building as explained above, she could not meet all of our requirements

Keep up great work. Friendly staff, very responsive, helpful, professional and made me feel like I was VIP, even though I am far from it. Clean rooms, gym had great equipment (ran out of water cups though). Pool was cool!

We extended our stay in Nashville and moved to this hotel for the last 3 days. Service was impeccable especially Rocky on front desk and Nolan the concierge They both went out of their way to ensure that our time at this hotel was pleasurable and gave us tips on places to visit. Whilst it's not in downtown there is a shuttle which is 10.00 dollars round trip and it was nice to sleep away from the hustle and bustle Rooms quiet and comfortable the hotel has an outside pool which is great in the heat. Easily accessible to other areas of Nashville with the use of uber. Will definitely stay again

My spouse and I and another couple stayed four nights on the Club Floor. We all were very pleased with the hotel and its staff. The room was spacious, the lighting was good, and the bed was very comfortable. Melvin was always helpful and pleasant in the Club Lounge, and Kelcie was equally helpful and pleasant with concierge services. All hotel staff members were friendly and polite and ever ready to assist. The Club Lounge provided good breakfast offerings daily and a nice happy hour. Only one criticism: Cold air blowing in the bathroom could not be temporarily shut off, which would have been desirable when showing. All in all, not an inexpensive experience, but certainly one that we all enjoyed.

Had a great stay here! Club Lounge was nice and our room was clean. We had great views of Nissan stadium and were centrally located in Nashville. Staff was friendly, but understand that it's busy here, so please be patient. Kudos to the valet team; Richard, Jansen, etc who are hard working folks and spot on as they always seem to work with a sense of urgency. Will definitely stay here again.

After a terrible night in a different hotel the Sheraton saved the rest of our girls trip! Never have we been treated so kindly! The hotel is gorgeous and very welcoming! We have enjoyed the staff and facilities!

I spent few nights at this hotel in June. I travel a lot and for sure that hotel is not 5 stars. Why? 1. There is no water bottle provided (even on arrival night) 2. Starbucks in the hotel is closed early so if you arrive late you need to sit at the bar or go for tap water 3. There are 6 reception desk but over the span of few days I saw only one being always occupied. Obviously that leads to waiting... 4. There is no mini bar in the room and you have to pay extra to have it plugged in!? 5. They don't have electric plug adapters so if you travel from oversees go and buy it yourself 6. And the last thing - elevators! If you are not lucky you might be standing in the crowd for more than 10 minutes to catch a lift. On positive note the rooms are quite big and quite clean. Still, for the price of 5 stars you get 3 stars experience

I guess the weekend we were coming into town must have been something special because room rates in town were double everywhere. We wanted something close to Ryman and within walking distance of downtown so this hotel was spot on. It is located steps away from the war memorial and Capitol building. I chose the double bed option as we were a party of three so a king bed would have not worked for us. We were really excited to be able to check in early (before noon) and had a room on the 9th floor. Check in was quick. We opted to park ourselves in the garage at $30 a night (I knew about this ahead of time) and just left our car and walked. We are not high maintance people so I don't have a lot to complain about. Our room served its purpose. It was clean. The bathroom was small but served its purpose too. My only complaint would be that the website claims 9th floor and up "Our non-smoking deluxe rooms are approximately 338 square feet and are located on floors 9 – 22 of our hotel. Each room offers a spacious design with spectacular city views. Rooms feature either a king bed or two double beds with new Sheraton Signature Beds" Our room had a window but you couldn't see out of it, it was covered with white film. One of two things - or maybe both - probably happened. A. we got a cheap room because we got a military rate (161.00 + taxes so over $200 which was still a really good deal in that area) OR they gave us a room that was available for early check-in. Either way, the hotel was nice, great location that is easy to access, & clean. We didn't use anything else at the hotel because we know it is expensive and there are so many other options available within 10 mins of walking. If a view is important to you - would have been nice for us but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room - make sure to ask upon check in.

We loved the unexpected upgrade and the wonderful service and the hospitality. The room and the view were spectacular and made our anniversary get away even more special. I would definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Attending a business conference. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. Bartenders were fun, well informed on the local events and the food & drinks were fantastic. The mac & cheese was amazing! Very close walk to the Ryman auditorium, Bridgestone arena and Broadway. Across the street from the war memorial. I'd bring my family and friends back to this hotel.
