We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown, from the Valet Parking meeting us to the Valet Parking bringing the car to the entrance. The room was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The Furnishing were nice and very useful. Check in was efficient. We stayed in the Club level and enjoyed the club lounge.
Had a wonderful stay until I tried to leave. The valet insisted my key fobs-both of them were dead. Came back to me and said my car battery was dead. We proceed to the car garage with the valet. Upon our arrival the car was unlocked and in drive . My car was left on unlocked and on for 2 days. Makes sense why the car was dead. When I spoke to the manager he informed there was nothing he could do as I booked through expedia and would not be paying for my car battery. Finally I got the valet manager to open a claim. I get an email stating I would have to prove it was their fault I needed the battery replaced on a car that wasn't even 2 years old and not something I did. Sheraton your customer service is crappy at best. I usually stay at The Hilton and thought Id try your hotel because it was cheaper and I thought I was getting a better deal. Never again will I have your hotel ruin my weekend with friends and family
I stayed here for a conference. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Staff is helpful and friendly. Easy walk to Broadway if you want to hit the town for the evening. Beds are comfortable, rooms have the necessities.
I judge all hotels by the bathroom - the shower was terrible, as were the pillows. However, the property is really nice and the service + food are excellent (I ordered room service and ate at the Library).
Hats off to Brittany Green at The Library restaurant at the Sheraton Grande Downtown. She was by far our best waitress in Nashville. She was friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor! We will definitely go back and see her again 😀
Lovely hotel, very chic and cool interior with the most amazing vertiginous atrium and glass lifts. Great bar with attentive staff. Funky art work and a country music track in the background. Stayed here for a conference and everything was straight forward, comfortable and groovy.
Great service and location - walking distance to mostly everything. Everyone in the hotel was friendly and those at the concierge were extremely helpful. The only problem we came across was that there was no refrigerator in the room. That would have come in handy!
I stayed for two nights for a business conference. The hotel was beautiful. Staff very helpful and professional. I was able to check in 3 hours early which was much appreciated. Clean and well-maintained. Numerous amenities available. Highly recommended.
Location is awesome, staff were great. room was comfortable, views were excellent. The lobby area is really well done with a view of the very cool glass elevators !!! I do have extra charges on my credit card which I don't understand though.
I was in town for a conference in the Sheraton Grand, so staying there was an easy choice. My boyfriend joined me and since the hotel is so centrally located downtown, he was able to access all the tourist destinations by foot while I was at the conference. The hotel even held our bags until about 5pm after our 11am check-out so we could do more sightseeing before leaving town that evening.
