Loud noise from the street until 2:30 AM. Could not sleep. The manager and staff did not care when I complained. The breakfast staff was pathetic. They seemed very displeased to be working on Christmas day. Definitely not the treatment you would expect from a brand hotel.

We spent Christmas here and staying here was the best choice we made. We absolutely loved everything about the hotel from our rooms, the location, the staff. We were less than a minute away from Broadway and all of the bars and shopping which was exactly what we wanted. This will be our go to hotel any and every time we visit Nashville. If I had one suggestion, is to get a better food and drink offering when it comes to the Executive Lounge.
