One elevator was broken the whole time. The second was only working occasionally and there was usually a long wait for it. It was was a nice place, clean and the free continental breakfast was a bonus. Lobby was welcoming and fun place to hang out. Overall great stay but no pool.

The entry from the parking garage was very unsafe coming in at night, limited lighting, no direct entry to building other than walking through a dark alley or the street. The valet was not present at night when needed the most. The bathroom sink was clogged. The beds terribly uncomfortable.

I had a quick one night stay the last minute room was beautiful great checkout time really nice staff and very clean i would definitely stay again

Loved the art work and the friendly staff.

Someone must be working overtime to keep this hotel at a 4 star rating on travel apps/google. Awful parking/valet setup that costs almost $40 with a history of car break ins. Watched a valet attendant almost rip the front bumper off of a customers vehicle. Thin walls, musty/awful thermostat. This is a gentrified La Quinta Inn.
