I had my car window broken along with 5 other cars in the parking lot of this hotel

Loved the art work and the friendly staff.

Someone must be working overtime to keep this hotel at a 4 star rating on travel apps/google. Awful parking/valet setup that costs almost $40 with a history of car break ins. Watched a valet attendant almost rip the front bumper off of a customers vehicle. Thin walls, musty/awful thermostat. This is a gentrified La Quinta Inn.

Great staff! Make sure to visit Sherideth at the bar!!💕 Clean, very accommodating, quiet at night and in walking distance to a few bars, Shell gas station and local restaurants

Hayes is a nice hotel, clean a nd near a lot of activities.

The lobby and outside areas are really well decorated and look great. The rooms are decent size and clean. Nothing more or less than you’d expect for the price. The staff was rude and dismissive. The woman at the front desk spent more time on her phone than checking us in. When we asked about the amenities that were offered on the website but not when we arrived, the young man who didn’t have answers to why told our group and the group behind us that we could “try to find somewhere else to sleep, like the street”. We were excited when we arrived but were disappointed early into our stay. So many other options in this area, we won’t go back.

Affordable, quiet, and friendly staff. Clean rooms, hallways, and great bar.

Its not pet friendly as advertised. The pet rooms have a view of the inside of the parking garage, and no external light. It's like living in a prison cell. You can also hear every noise occurring n the garage including employees on smoke breaks late at night.

Staff was warm and friendly. We met some amazing people during our stay. Great experience overall.
