Titus was great at the front desk! Great location! Close to most spots downtown. Room and bed were very comfortable.

We stayed here in Nashville for 1 day. We arrived before check in and we're allowed to check in early. It was a Monday so probably not busy. We spent a lot on this room. Or what I feel like is a lot for 1 night. $232 plus a $50 hold and then the valet was incorrect. Orbitz quoted me $28 but it was $37.15. Well the hotel agreed to give it to me for the quoted $28 but ended up charging me the full amount anyways. When I told them they went to refund the extra money. I ended up checking my credit card when I got home & they actually charged me the difference again. So i called and they had to refund 2 amounts. It finally went through that time but I found that to be a big hassle. Get EVERYTHING out of your car beforehand because if not they have to bring your car back out & it takes 15-20 minutes. The room was just as pictured. So that was refreshing. Downside there was construction going on right outside our windows across the street. My husband said the old building used to be a bank. It had the original bank doors & ceiling in the lobby area which was cool. There was also a Starbucks connected. Everything is within walking distance from this hotel which is nice. The front staff told us that Martins BBQ was the best in the area. We stopped there & weren't disappointed. The pedestrian bridge downtown & the 2 rivers bridge are must sees.

Very nice room. The was comfortable. I was shock on the layout of the room. Pull out desk.

Just a quick overnight with the family. Perfect room and accommodations. Parking was a little weird - but we figured it out. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Wireless internet was intermittent and frustrating to use.

We had a great time honky Tonkin and visiting the Jack Daniels Distellery.

Veey nice staff and i already recommended it to my friends.

Beautiful, clean room. Awesome staff! reasonable price for the location. valley parking is available for $28 a night, or there is a garage next door for $20 a night.

We stopped for a one night's stay in Nashville on our way home to Ohio post Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. We wanted to be close to the downtown strip of bars so we could walk, etc. This hotel was in a perfect location and helped us maximize our time during our short stay in Nashville. I wish we could have stayed longer! Room was large and spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly. When we go back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again.

1. Although even every roadside motel today includes it, breakfast is not included with your room here. (Even when I paid $300 per night) 2. The reservation says wifi free/included in room, but you actually have to pay to get a speed that will support video. 3. At checkout the clerk would not give me a bill, claiming that it was being emailed to me. I never received it.

This was a wonderful place to stay in downtown Nashville. Easy walking distance to all the activities on Broadway. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I just think overall it is overpriced, no free wifi, and expensive to park.

Great hotel and great location! A short walk to downtown!

Very pleasant. Hotel staff very nice, courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff was great, room was good. Location is great for downtown activities. Staff recommended going to BB King's Blues Club for dinner and music and it was a great choice! We will go back!

Walking distance to everything and parking worked out too.

Within walking distance of a lot of events. Staff was very accommodating with obtaining taxis for us when needed.

I was in Nashville for an interview and the first night I was there was at a different hotel and was compensated. I decided to stay another night to go to the opry at the ryman. This hotel was within walking distance. It took me less than 5 minutes to get there. I wish that I could have stayed an extra night, but it was expensive. The only problem I had was I bought breakfast through here (paid the extra $10) and it did not show up on my reservation when I arrived. I showed the front desk person the email and she said that's fine. When I went to check out though, a different front desk person was there and was going to charge me. I told her about the email and she took it off my email. Besides that, it was a nice stay. The room was a little small, but it was clean and just me so I didn't care.

This hotel is in an awesome location, the staff is great, and it's been recently remodeled. The lobby is nice, decent fast breakfast food, just wish they were opened all day for when we had work to do. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location! Close to everything you need to visit, as well as in a very clean area of town. Staff was helpful when we needed anything.

Perfect location and staff was friendly. My meetings where 2 blocks one way and the entertainment was 2 blocks the other way. Perfect!
