A good hotel if you never need to communicate with the staff. They sent a welcome message saying I could message them if I needed anything. The first question I had was how late the airport shuttle ran since I was getting in tclose to midnight. Several hours went by and there was no response. No big deal, I took an Uber, most airport shuttles don’t run that late. As it turned out, they never responded. The second time I needed to communicate was a bigger deal. I left for the airport and realized that I forgot my tablet. Huge deal in my life as I’m a writer. I considered missing my flight to retrieve it but decided to get home to my kids and trust that there would be a system to retrieve forgotten items. That was a mistake. The phone lines never get you to a human, messages to the Expedia message box stating “We hope you enjoyed your stay,” never get responses. I called Expedia and they told me to fill out a claim through a third party site. Three days later, no response. The room was clean, I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the too cold air conditioner but that was probably user error. I just can not get over a hotel where you simply can not talk to a human for any reason. They are in the business of hospitality.

Room Service did not ever clean our room (3 night stay) vending machines all out of order. Parking gates never worked properly and was difficult getting out of lot every time. (Card scanner did not ever work despite going back to staff several times and being charged $20 per day for parking). Original room reeked of mold, but staff quickly and pleasantly changed out room.
