Overall great stay

Children were running all night in the hallways. Parking was very expensive $16.00 per night. So much trash outside!

Great place all around

Architecture fit in the Bashville tradition

Really nice hotel out of the busy part of Nashville.

The outside swimming pool was closed for 2 full days for minor repairs mid-summer, there is no coffee shop in the lobby, and the maids didn't change the sheets or thoroughly clean the rooms.

Check in ran 10 minutes behind, pull out couch in room didn’t have a mattress. We ended up switching rooms. Besides that, the stay was good.

The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would add is a microwave. Otherwise all the staff and the facilities were well cared for.

The property was beautiful. The pool area looked beautiful also. However, I don’t think that this place was geared for families. Maybe people over 21 who are young couples with no kids, concert goers, and business execs. The bathroom was nothing special. I like a comfortable shower and tub with decent size bathroom and enough towels for everyone in our party before we have to request more. The cleanliness wasn’t horrible but could have been improved. Found hairs in bed, sink, and tub. That’s gross. The property was so large- and no convenient way to get all your stuff to the room without a valet or bellhop. I have a 13 year old and a 3 year old and I found out I was newly pregnant. I can’t afford all those extras- they just wanted a fun night at the hotel, and I was hoping to see the country hall of fame. Dining around the hotel was a joke. Not too many places that were recognizable. I definitely wouldn’t come back for that reason. You can get into the hotel from the side- but you have to climb flights of stairs to get to your room. It’s beautiful- but again not for families. Especially the fact that my husband couldn’t join us because of work this trip- it was definitely somewhere I wouldn’t stay with kids alone again- as I needed help with all that stuff.

Minutes from everything. Didn’t like no complimentary coffee in evening. Because of covid no housekeeping, which actually can’t be helped. I would stay again.
