Friends Trip

We all loved the location of this VRBO. It didn't take long to get anywhere, and for those of us who get up early - they were able to grab a scooter and ride into the Gulch within a couple of minutes and grab coffee. The communication was really great as well. My husband and I stayed on the top floor with the 2 Queen beds. They were extremely comfortable. The only complaint about the other beds, was the one with the poles. Any time they'd move, they said it was noisy. Each couple had their own bathroom - and that was ideal. The place had a ton of room for everyone, and we never felt cramped. For the negative - Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that it stunk horribly from weed and cigarettes. A total bummer, since none of us smoke inside our homes. We opened the windows and left the door open as much as possible. The Stay Minty crew did send over some candles and some spray. But, it didn't help much. Our suitcases still stink. :( So - y'all, please, please, please - just don't smoke inside the units. It's miserable for those of us who do not smoke. We also noticed that the unit really needs a thorough cleaning. The baseboards have seen better days, along with several walls. Our socks were dark brown from the floors, too. The hot tub was not on when we arrived - so unfortunately, we were unable to use it until the next day. The trash bins were not labeled, so we weren't sure which to use. Hopefully our trash landed in the right one.

Awesome location

Overall it was fantastic. Plenty of beds...just a couple of suggestions...ample utnesils would be helpful....we had to share forks...had to buy some other utensils so we could cook...more towels if you have a hottub....had to wash towels daily. It was fun...thank you

Great place to stay in Nashville

Really liked the house and the patio on the roof with the hot tub was amazing. Very clean and bigger than I expected. Location was very close to all the spots we wanted to visit and a Publix about 7 minutes away.

Perfect location, personal touches

A group of 10 family/friends went to celebrate my 40th in Nashville. We were met with balloons and a card from Stay Minty for my birthday. I appreciated the personal touch and thought put into it. The location was perfect in that it was not too close or too far from Broadway. We walked to Broadway and back every day (sometimes multiple times); and the Uber drive the night it rained was only $7. The walk was under a mile. The house was perfect size for our group. The only issue we had was lack of kitchen towels/pot holders- but within an hour of messaging company- we had a set dropped off. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Great Views / Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this very modern and spacious home with a modern elegance, and a Very good location. We visited restaurants, Vanderbilt and other tourist attractions, including the science center for the kids and all commutes were under10-12 minutes. The area of the house is located in is very safe and secure as there are other similar properties. The house has multiple bathrooms, a play area and two decks, including the rooftop that are absolutely beautiful to see at night if you enjoy overlooking the city. The house also accommodated as well as we had three different groups that each have their own level. The video games were an added bonus for our younger kids! We did have consistent challenges with the Internet/Wi-Fi. The signal strength was very inconsistent, especially in the evenings? Some of the furniture on the upstairs deck was worn likely weather related. Overall, this is a really beautiful and modern home well equipped for a family or a large group we would definitely revisit!!

Nashville Fun

The property was very modern and a short Uber ride to Broadway. It was wonderful for our group as we had plenty of bedroom/bathrooms. However, at our age, a lot of steps. Very nice living area/kitchen to hang out. I hated that there was not cable TV. Also there was only 1 set of towels per guest. We also encountered a minor ant issue. Although there was barware there, there was no corkscrew. Definitely needs to be added. Also the large rug in living area was stained and appeared very dirty. But overall we had a great experience and I would book with them again.

The couch was broken as was the garbage can drawer so we had to live with garbage cans out in the kitchen the whole week. The administration of minty answers everything but who wants to wait for someone to fix things we dont want the nuisance. Every complaint is responded to with ‘the place was properly inspected by you ahead of time and nothing broken was found’, It isn't reasonable to think that we had to inspect every inch of your place including the structural integrity of the furniture. The longer we are here, the more creepy crawly things come out from places. The WiFi was intermittent and currently showing up on the list of available ones but not connecting. Some linens have stains, one looked like blood and the towels are not the quality one would expect in this type of Accommodation. Clearly we overpaid for an experience that has not lived up to the promises made.

PERFECT LOCATION!

location in the Gulch was wonderful and the property manager was very responsive, however the wifi was pretty bad and we were not able to get that resolved during our stay; otherwise, highly recommend this place

Ton of fun in Nashville. Close walk to gulch and if you like to walk you can go downtown without a problem or a short Uber if not. House was wonderful and rooftop view was perfect.

Great bachelorette spot

Large den with a great big couch so we could all chill together after a night out. The rooftop was amazing and even though we never used the hot tub it was great to have as an option. Shout out to bach babes as well for all their help!

Beautiful place

This place looked just like the photos. A lot of stairs to get to the roof, so I was grateful it was like going to the gym every time I wanted to go to the hot tub. Communication was amazing, anytime I needed something, I got a response within minutes. A few recommendations, it could use towel hooks. There’s one towel rack in each bathroom, but with two people sharing a room and the towels used from the hot tub, there was no where to hang wet bathing suits or any extra towels. Also, everyone gets one towel and then there’s 3-4 extras for hot tub use, which for a 4 day stay wasn’t enough. The place could also use a full length mirror. We went out to hit the town but there was nowhere to check out the full outfit. Overall great experience!
