Nashville Trip

This is pretty small apartment, just enough for a couple. It was at the bottom floor right next to the main entrance so that was a plus. The apartment was clean and neat. It had everything we needed except dryer sheets. The listing doesn't mention there is a stackable washer in dryer in the apartment. The HUGE downfall to this apartment was the noise coming in from the unit upstairs. It is very noticeable and can be pretty loud. The building is an older building and the floors are wood. If you have active upstairs neighbors, this would be a nightmare. I am sure you can hear loud talking and music too. The location is perfect from Broadway and most restaurants. Two blocks from Starbucks. The BBQ place almost directly behind the building is a must!

Best location

Very clean. Good attention on that detail. Some minor wear and tear but we've stayed here twice over three years and very clean and comfortable. Easy parking, which is a HUGE benefit to staying here. Great breakfast spot a couple blocks up 4th St. Short walk to everything on Broadway.

Great location if you need to be downtown.

The neighborhood is a little rough as downtown isin any large city. The property was clean and served our needs well. I will definitely stay there again when I'm back for the next business conference.

The property was ok, the people on the floor above us were very loud, jumping around at all hours. The room itself was ok, a little musty smelling, bought some air fresheners. Thought we would have a guaranteed parking spot, but quickly realized no one monitors who parks there. All in all it was just ok.

Great location! That being said, the bathroom could use a good scrubbing,shower floor is gross, and something to hold shower stuff, there’s no place to put things. Kitchen is well stocked The heating/cooling unit is very noisy. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Great location but think twice if attending conference

Property was located perfectly for conference goer. Check in from an early flight cost 50 dollars and only gave us two hours. Property was clean but noisy. Minimal comfortable furniture, after a day of attending a conference a comfortable chair would have been wonderful.

We won't stay here again

Check-in was very easy and convenient, although the location was further from where we were expecting. The room was very dark and damp smelling, we had to open everything up to get the smells out, but the traffic and construction noise made it hard to relax with the windows open. We spent about an hour trying to get the tv working, there were no instructions on any of appliances and after much back & forth with mngmt we discovered, after wasting a LOT of time, that their remote needed recharging. We've never used Apple tv before so had to google how to use the system to use. The room was also remarkably loud! We were on the bottom floor and were awakened throughout the night by people seeming to stomp on our heads. They were probably just walking but the walls were so thin it was very loud. A very different experience from the last VRBO we had in Nashville 2 years ago. We usually just need a modest home base because we like to be out and about most of the time, but this was not a nice home base, especially for the price - wont say there again.

Couldn't be better

Property was small but adequate for us. There was a pull out couch in the living room although we did not use it. Location was fantastic for us. It was only a few blocks away from Broadway Street few blocks away for the amphitheater. We planned on using scooters but we ended up walking everywhere. Downtown Broadway, Bridgestone arena and the send amphitheater. Now there was construction across the road that will probably be going on for a while. That didn't really bother us. I will rent this place again. Absolutely love the location. I had some conversations with the owner/managers and super communication. Very fast getting back to me. Very friendly people

Easy access to everything Nashville has to offer!

This apartment is just the right amount of space for two. If had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It is a minor detail but it drove us nuts that the flaucet in the kitchen sink was stuck on spray. Seems like something that could easily be fixed. The location is perfect to access everything in walking distance within downtown Nashville. Plus, its a easy Uber ride to the Gultch and Captial District.

Great!

Most impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The cleaning crew was still cleaning after our check-in time, we only had to wait about 10 min, but it was a fine trade-off for how clean it was. Location was perfect, easy walk to everything. The only con about the property is how thin the walls are. You can hear EVERYTHING, and I mean everything the neighbors upstairs are doingand anyone in the hallway. There is a white noise machine in the bedroom, but I personally can't sleep with one. I would still definitely stay here again.

Perfect place!

I just want to say that this was an excellent place to stay. Private parking was a huge part, and the location to Broadway was great. It was about a 8-10 minute walk, but was very easy and very safe feeling. Driving to and from the apartment was a breeze no matter where you wanted to explore at in Nashville. We will definitely stay here again if and when we visit Nashville.

Great location

The SoBro property was in great location . 10 min walk to Broadway, but far enough away that is was quiet. . Communication with management was awesome . We rated overall experience at 4/5 due to some other guests .... no fault of SoBro at all. Place was clean and as advertised. Will stay there again for sure .

Nice little place

Small but comfortable space. Convenient location near Broadway. Parking lot was a bit narrow for my full sized truck but spaces were always available. I had an issue with the door lock that I contacted the owner on and it was fixed right away.

Great location!!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we had an overall amazing experience! This location was great walking distance to Broadway, multiple restaurants/bars and Ascend Amphitheater, where we planned to go see a concert! I would love to stay at this property again. Highly recommend it!

3 night stay

Location was good. Short walk to Country Music Hall of fame and Broadway. Apartment was ok. Flooring needs some repair. Claiming that 4 people could stay is a bit of a stretch. Fold out couch was horrible. After 1 night I got my adult daughter a room at the hotel across the street. King size bed was extremely comfortable. Could have used more coffee. Stayed three nights and was only given 1 pack to make one pot of coffee. Check in was very easy. Place was a bit noisy on Saturday night but pretty much empty on Sunday to Tuesday. Construction across the street very loud. Nice that parking was included with stay. Rare to find in Nashville.
