We stayed for two nights and were comfortable the condo was close to everything. The condo was nicely decorated and was nice to have coffee available for us.I also liked that it was very private. We basically had the floor to ourselves.

The host was GREAT, always on the ball and answered any questions we had and took good care of us. The apartment was plenty big enough for just the two of us. It's advertised as sleeps 8, however, since it only has one bathroom, I wouldn't think it would be very good for that many guest. The bed sits low to the floor so if you have difficulty standing up from a low position, the bed would be difficult for you getting out of.The only issues we had were with loud noises during the night while sleeping. There are very long (15-20 minute) freight trains that past on the track behind the building at all hours of the night and there was a vehicle in the parking garage to the side of the building that had an issue with its car alarm going off multiple times during the middle of the night. We realize these are issues the host can't help. But we feel it needs to be mentioned. The location was good as far as getting to downtown easily and quickly and there are several restaurants nearby as well as a Dollar General. We took an UBER downtown, and it was pretty inexpensive and quick. We used an UBER so we wouldn't have to find a parking place.

The place was very very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! Host was super responsive when needed to get the wifi password sorted. Only about a 10 min uber ride to Broadway. Our only complaint which has nothing to do with the actual quality of the space is just the noise level of the train that runs behind the building during all hours of the night & morning too haha. It was quite loud and woke us up a few times

Just returned from a 4 night stay in Nashville with my 76 year old father and 23 year old daughter. Planned this trip to see Ella Langley at the Ryman Auditorium. Our host was very responsive to all inquiries and the location was great! Just a quick uber to Broadway. Communication was on point with everything we needed to know. There was an elevator and the entire property was fenced in which made it feel very safe. Everything we needed was there for us. It was a comfortable environment during our down time. Hoping to return in the future

This place was perfect for our girls trip. It’s ideal for 4–6 people, 8 would be a little tight but doable for a younger group. The location felt safe and was quiet, I don’t think anyone else was on our floor during our stay, but we may have just gotten lucky. Lots of reviews mentioned the train noise, but it really wasn’t bothersome at all. The host could have been a bit more communicative but overall, it was everything we needed and we’d definitely come back.

The pool was sold as part of the deal, didn’t happen, the grounds were covered in cigarette butts, the ashtray right by the door was not appealing, the foyer was unkempt, the elevator as well! We bought our own coffee but no coffee maker other than a Kuerig, there were Amazon pods though, no scrubber for dishes, the blankets to wrap up in while watching TV did not have a clean smell. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable! The noise, some partiers later than noted, usual loud bangs, trains, great place for college age kids!

Our host was brilliant, responded to every message very fast. The location is secure and lovely. Uber is cheap into the town and we hired a car and the apartment had free parking. Massive rooms. Comfy beds and a big living room area. Gutted we didn’t get to use the pool, but we were so busy. Thanks again!

Very nice place. Most Urber drivers familiar with location. Kitchen had what we needed, except sponge or rags for cleaning. WiFi access good. Bathtub slippery, so shower needs grab bars for entering & exit safely.

Very satisfied with our stay!

We loved our stay! The property has a nice set of amenities and the host was very forward and accommodating. The location is close to some things but not broadway. But, it isn’t so far that Ubers are expensive. There was also plenty of parking at the complex for our groups several cars! Overall, I was highly satisfied with my stay at this place.

Nashville Neapolitan Style

Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The location is ideal—only about a 6-8 minute drive to Broadway, less than 20 minutes from the airport, and close to the Parthenon. I felt safe during my visit, and the speakeasy was a cozy, intimate spot. However, it’s open to everyone, so we weren’t able to get in one night because it had already reached capacity. As other reviews mentioned, you can hear some building sounds (like doors closing, trains passing, and people walking in the hallway), but it wasn’t a major issue. Beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to book in the future.

Nice property with lots of noise

I booked this property for a long weekend with my family. It is in a nice location and convenient to Broadway. I read the reviews about the train noise, so we packed ear plugs and a noise maker. Unfortunately the train is very loud and the neighboring parking garage has an even louder garage door that screeches every time it opens or closes at all hours of the day and night. As stated in other reviews for this property the walls and ceiling are poorly insulated so you can hear when the person above you simply walks through their condo and when they flush the toilet. The furnishings are very modern so not the most comfortable. The pool area is a joke….the pool is tiny. Overall we appreciated being close driving distance to Broadway but would not stay here again due to the noise.

Weekend stay in Nashville

The unit is beautiful and well stocked. The pool was a disappointment as it is very very small and not in sunshine. The pool area is not maintained either with empty bottles and cans. The location of unit is not far from Nashville highlights but train tracks are very close and noisy throughout the day and night. Walls are also thin and could hear guests in other units.
