Not a 4 star hotel, more a 2.5 star or 3 star at best, so I was disappointed in several ways due to that. Bed was a "Murphy" (pull down from the wall) bed and not very comfortable (seemed more likely a double bed than the avertised queen?). TV didn't work (had to call front desk, which said it needed to be reset every day, and hadn't been), and once reset, did not get any channels directly (only links to various streaming services, whcih required an account to get any programming). When reserving I saw advertised as "free self parking", but apparently that is only if you self park somewhere offsite, as even self parking on site had a charge of $21.95 ($20 plus tax) that I wasn't expecting (to be fair, if you clicked on "amenities" for more detail that is explained, but it should be clear from the main reservation page rather than suggest there is free self parking). Decor was a sparse "industrial" style (bare concrete floors, exposed but painted ceiling, minimalist furniture), which was fine for the price we got, but definitely not what I would ever rate 4 stars.
