It is a great hotel and I would recommend it for anyone.

Only complaint was room was not cleaned or replenished with towels etc until I called at 2pm. When we got back to room bed was still not made

Adorable boutique hotel! Love the rooftop bar with igloos and bus!!

The only good thing was the front desk staff. We had to move out of the first Deluxe King, very dusty and toilet was ready to fall apart. Dark rooms not enough bathroom light. The rooftop bar had neat igloos but they were sold out every day!! So no snacks were available up there except a pretzel or nuts!! No music in the hotel common area where other hotels in the area had it. I would give this place no more than 3 stars and that is a stretch.

The rooftop bar was lovely. Hotel is located near everything. Restaurant had good selection. Nice coffee shop for the morning too. It was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room has poor lighting very dark inside the window had a horrible view of an adjoining roof covered with trash. Although this is a unique boutique hotel the bathroom looks like a jail cell. It is a metal framed glass enclosure that can be seen through from the open bedroom no privacy whatsoever for anybody doing anything inside the bathroom. Due to the heavy wood doors and self-closing hinges anybody exiting the room shook the building as the door slammed at all hours of the early morning and night. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant with horrible service and mediocre food. Would not recommend that restaurant for anything. The staff and lobby dog were both cheerful and friendly and willing to help in any way but my issue is that our cost for this room was approximately $500 per night and for that amount of money I expected spectacular service, amenities, and food availability.

Photos of the hotel are accurate, it is a fun look with extremely creative designers. "Hospitality" industry standards take backstage. We reserved a more expensive room with a spacious balcony, but the amenities (towels, bathrobes, toiletries) were adequate for only one guest, not two. I think some things were missing, like other people had cute do not disturb signs - we did not. Valet service was awful every day, each time we needed the car AND each time we returned, there was no valet - we had to find someone to take the car after quite long waiting periods. Food service closed much earlier than printed. No coffee maker in rooms and long wait at the coffee shop each morning - I like coffee first thing in the mornings. Overall, the hotel is about the look and not about service. This hotel is all about looks and strives to be cool but does not pay attention to making guests feel comfortable.

The property was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hitel had everything anyone would need. Beautful outdoor cafe, rooftop pool and bar, excellent food. We would stay there again the next time we go to Nashville. Loved it.

Staff were great! Fun and upbeat property with plenty of amenities including coffee shop, lounge, restaurant, pool, rooftop deck...close to Broadway...doggie on premises ❤️

The hotel is very nice and in a good location, however, if you want room service be prepared to wait more than two hours and the bathrooms are not separated from the bedroom so it’s awkward if you were to have multiple people in your room....they enclosed it in frosted glass... not even a curtain to remove the “you sitting on the toilet” imagery....

Overall the property is well taken care of. Room was very clean, but there was no ice/ice bucket and the bathroom was no very private. Late check out was available since our flight was a little later than we expected and we appreciated that very much.

I travel a lot for work and The Bobby has officially become my favorite hotel. If you’re traveling to Nashville, this is the place to be.

Loved the balcony, could have used a little dinette set since there is plenty of room. (nit picking here!) Although not your responsibility the garbage filled roof across from 518 should be dealt with somehow. i'm sure they would let you pay to clean it up. Pool area was innovative and beautiful. We will return.

The rooftop area was so cool!! The entire hotel decor had a great vibe. Breakfast on the front patio was delicious. (Avocado toast delicious!) Only downside, though it made the room look nice, was the glass bathroom with sliding door and no fan... Didn’t provide much privacy.

I travel a lot for work and The Bobby is hands down my favorite hotel. When I take the family on vacation we always stay at The Bobby. Amazing atmosphere. Great food. Great drinks. Walking distance to major landmarks. But what makes them different is their attention to detail. Can’t recommend enough.
