Yes, on arriving the Desk clerk said that there was no hot water in the hotel. She gave me an upgrade and the water was hot that night and the next day on Monday they were having problems again but overall, the service was excellent.

There was no hot water the duration of our stay. We were told it was fixed the last day, but the water was still not hot. We actually weren’t even told that there was no hot water at check in, but luckily our friends were told at check in. We ended up having to shower at a family members house who lives in Nashville because it just wasn’t enjoyable for us or the kids. We were there 3 days and house keeping came the first day only. They did not provide extra toilet paper so by the third night we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. Phone in room did not work to call for services.

The room never had hot water. People even in lobby and elevator don’t have hot water. Very expensive to park and per night for this inconvenience.

We arrived the evening before my surgery. We had to move 2 times due to issues with hot water and shower function. The 2nd issue was discovered the morning of the surgery so I was unable to take a shower. Very stressful! I had to be at the hospital at 6am so we couldn't take the shuttle. Then we became trapped in the parking garage. Apparently I did not finish the parking registration because it required reading a QR code and the license plate #'s. We didn't register until we were back in the hotel so no longer at the car. And it was very cold that day. So we got to the garage exit gate and it wouldn't let us out. There was no recourse, no one to call. I had to get to the hospital. My husband considered damaging the gate. I spoke with the clerk about these issues on checkout, asking about compensation. The They said there was none because I booked with Expedia. And the parking was done through a private company. Now I need to contact them because it appears they overcharged me. A.Stiles

Came to Nashville one day ahead of surgery (the next morning at 5:00 Am) to get a good nights sleep/rest and take my surgical shower early in the evening before surgery. Got every unpacked and my surgical wash on at 9:00 PM and the shower had no, “0” hot water. Called the front desk and they said they were fully booked and didn’t have any rooms left and I would have to move to a spare room on the ground level floor. Looking out the window of this room was the valet car parking pickup's and drop off, plus registration parking and everyone walking in and out of the hotel. Therefore, very noisy until 12:30-1:00 Am.
