Staff were great. Breakfast had a lot of variety of choices! Even had a machine where you can watch your own pancakes being made! However, room was awful. Got the side next to freeway and had freeway noise all night. Hardly got any sleep.

Our room neglected, we needed to ask for towels every day and toilet boater our last night there. The front desk people were lazy and nasty, and location was not great for Broadway. The parking garage is very dangerous to maneuver. It is very tight with no mirrors to alert of on coming traffic. We had quite a few very close calls! Construction going on next door on new Nissan stadium. The hotel overlooks it so very noisy, busy and roads were full of pot holes because of construction.

Room was spotless and staff very courteous. Indoor heated pool was great. I felt the walk to Broadway Street was strenuous. We had to walk around the Nissan stadium rebuild, Then up and over the 3,150 foot bridge then another 1,000 feet to get to Broadway (near Hard Rock Cafe). Uber $13 one way.
