All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The driver for the shuttle was extremely helpful and fun to be a passenger on the bus. The Opry Grill had great food and drinks! Lots of things that were easy to walk to or just as easy to ride the shuttle.

Noisy at all times of the day/night. No complementary breakfast/meal. Room was clean but smelled funny. In room coffee not replenished and coffee maker didn't work well. Very expensive for what you get.

We had a nice 3 days and nights. Very nice place, wonderful staff all around. (We loved the inside pool.) It was very close to other entertainment sights, and good places to eat. We were right across the street from the Opryland Gaylord Hotel. Shuttles and buss's took you from the hotel to the malls etc. It would be nice if the hotel offered a free breakfast. The only complaint was we wished to hotel had a better cafe in house. I went in the first evening we arrived and ordered a piece of pecan pie (Southern Desert) and asked if she could warmed and put a scoop of ice on top. When I received the pie - the pie was cold and it was awful. I commented on it and she said sorry. Also I received 3 scoops of ice cream. But the shocker was when I received the check - $6.00 for the pie that wasn't eatable and $2.00 for the ice cream. It wasn't anything I wouldnt have wanted to take to the room for later.

Everything was ok, I stayed on the main floor easy access to outside. I've also stayed upstairs before a few times. Very nice, but doesn't serve breakfast, it's a good thing that Cracker Barrel is across the street.

very comfortable. friendly staff. Close to opry and restaurants. If you dont like street noise get and inside room. Better rates at hotels website or marriott website as members than on Orbitz

I was attending a convention at the Gaylord across the street. The hotel shuttle was great, picked me up right in front of the hotel and dropped me right where I needed to be. The shuttle also conveniently goes to the Mills shopping mall as well. My stay was for 4 nights and I was very happy with the convenience and overall comfort. I had an interior room and it was very quiet despite the hotel was completely booked, I didn't even hear people next door or above me. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean when I arrived and had been cleaned by the time I returned each day. All of the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful, no complaints at all! I also loved the restaurant in the hotel, The Backstage - great food, entertainment and wait staff were wonderful.

The hotel, while being in a pretty good location was an overall disappointment. The rooms were not anywhere as nice as the pictures led us to believe. The bathroom was perhaps one of the smallest I have ever seen, I nearly had to step in the tub to close the door and then remind myself not to bang my head on the wall as I stood up from the toilet. The attached restaurant was an upgraded Denny's with a very inattentive staff. I will not stay at this place again and will steer anyone who asks away from sharing the disappointment. This is as well as being EXTREMELY overpriced.

Over priced for location,we had an interior room and the noise from other guest at all hours of the night was loud.

Hotel was nice, seemed a little outdated. Staff was AMAZING!!

From the point that I checked in til the moment that I checked out, I felt like my needs were being met by all the staff. I had dinner at the on site restaurant and the great service continued. I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never had a bad experience.

Bathroom is very small, bed was comfy, smaller room than we expected, and the breakfast was not free. Great service in all eating venues. A good 3*** hotel, but felt they should offer a free breakfast like a Comfort, or LaQuinta even does.

Nice place to stay at music city Good restaurant in hotel

The Hotel itself presents very nicely from the outside. The room was appointed well, but the bathroom was very small. The staff at the front desk had very little information about the tours that were available, only to tell me that I could "walk across the street in the morning" and find out more. Not very helpful with information in general. They only asked how my stay was after I had paid the bill and checked out. The absolute HIGHLIGHT of our stay was the Hotel Restaurant and their staff.....EXCEPTIONAL without a doubt, and the food was fabulous. When I visit Nashville again I will return to that restaurant regardless of which hotel I choose.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was awesome and the hotel was great. We loved the location of the hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly and clean. I would request to not be outside the pool area if possible.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The location was good, that is the only thing good about it. The front desk staff was talking bad about another employee while trying to check me in. No information was given about the area or transportation. When I asked, the staff just handed me a piece of paper and said it was all on it. The entire hotel had a terrible smell, as if it had flooded at one time and was never cleaned properly.

Every time I come to Nashville, I stay at this hotel. I've stayed at a few others as well in the past, but if you want a very clean, comfortable hotel in the heart of Opryland, this is the one. I would recommend an interior room, however, because the noise level can be distracting if you book an exterior room.

Checked in very late in the evening and was greeted by a friendly front clerk. The room was very clean. Enjoyed my night's sleep and checked out early that morning. Great location!

The room was clean lobby very nice but the room you entered from outside like a motel pretty noisy from street right nearby no juice or coffee for breakfast as in many hotels they have in the lobby complimentary average stay
