Our room was filled with gnats. Flying around everywhere. The pool area was nice and I liked the little coffee place. But I can't get over the gnats.
Being a Gaylord property, I thought the room and facilities would be more up to date. I also didn't like the room on the outside of the building. The staff was very friendly and I liked that there was a shuttle to the Opry.
Very nice hotel and the staff was exceptional
Came here to swim however the pool is not heated so really wasn't even able to swim because it's way to cold! Definitely expected more from the pool
The bed was very uncomfortable.
We stayed at the Opryland Hotel the night before booking the Inn. It was wonderful! We understood the Inn is a cheaper place, however, I wasn’t ready for the 2 large flies that flew to my face upon opening the room door!! Both properties are Marriott and owned by Opryland - which is touted in the description of the Inn. The difference though is dramatic!! The room had a bad smell and the bed felt like lumps of hard feathers. The room was also exterior opening to the property which was not mentioned or photo illustrated in the property info. Needless to say, we left immediately!!!
Don’t let the Gaylord brand name fool you. The building and rooms are about as basic as it gets, which is fine, but not at these prices. However, this place is more than just overpriced. Several factors made our stay worse than it needed to be. - There’s a loud bar across the street that kept us from sleeping. - There were quite a few bugs and flies in the room. - Every night when we would try to park, all but one of the entrances to the lot were blocked. If other people using the lot is a problem, put up signs, hiring a towing company, or use some gates. Don’t block me out of my own place!

Liked the shuttle service and friendly service. Had an interior room and the noise from the pool was loud but understandable.
It was close to the Grand Olye Opry. Parking was free. The negatives were many. The room we stayed in had an moldy smell, carpet was wet and dirty, we had several flys sharing the room with us, and there was black mold on the ceiling. Over price for what it is.
Our room was a little musty and very loud from traffic outside.
Did not like pulling up to door to enter my room. Old building & small beds

Kristy, thank you for sharing feedback from your recent stay. Due to the pool being indoors and the air conditioning running, it may make the water feel as though it is cooler, we are so sorry you were not able to swim and enjoy it. Thank you again for your feedback and being our guest.
