Great hotel with a fun pool on thr top floor. Centrally located with east publoc transportationto the airport. Would book again.

The property was beautiful, front desk staff was amazing. Anything we needed they helped with. the hotel itself is so close to the gulch and Broadway (within walking distance). But far enough that you can go back with peace and quiet after being on Broadway all day.

The fact that they gave us a different room because we went through a third party reservation.

Although the hotel and its amenities were beautiful, we were terribly disappointed that we did not have hot water for two days. The hotel was a aware of the problem and did not take any action to fix it or compensate. Also, our room was not serviced by 4:00 in the afternoon leaving us to wait on service.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Our little one loved the indoor pool. The food was absolutely amazing. And thanks to Kate at Decker and Dyer I have a new favorite drink (Moscow Mule with grapefruit vodka). I would absolutely recommend staying here and eating here.

I would not stay here again. Our room was dusty. The hotel charged a $42/day for valet, but never came to open our doors for us. It was upon us to turn off our car and walk the keys up to valet. Housekeeping forgot to replenish towels one day, and left us with not a single one in the room.

The hotel is very nice. It is in with walking distance to sites of Nashville

So close to everything downtown. Place was incredible. Enjoyed my experience there.

the front desk manager, Tommy Lynch, threatened to have me kicked out of the hotel because I complained about no one answering calls to room service and the front desk. He told me to go back up to my room and dial zero, which obviously I had already tried.

I didn’t like that we paid so much money for our room and the view was of an alley
