Hotel was a very good conditon. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop and lobby bar. Good gym. Internet TV's in rooms and bars did not work consistenly. Biggest issue is there are 3 "adult" type clubs very close and the rest of the area is vacant.

Checked in Thursday,Oct 16. Did not recieve housekeeping until Sunday, Oct 19 late afternoon. Had to wait in lobby for my room to ne cleaned. When it was cleaned, the bedding was not changed.. Would also ne nice had there been room service available for food.

Disappointing 😞

How disappointed were we when we mistakenly booked Midtown instead of Downtown. The service for breakfast was extremely slow(the English muffin took 25 minutes to come out) and the food was disgusting. They didn't clean the room, dump trask or make the beds. We had to go get towels and bath tissue.
