I actually meant to book the downtown Cambria, but the midtown location wasn't bad. It was about 20 minute walks to the food hall, broadway and more. The room itself was really nice, very spacious and well laid out. Turning on one tv turned them both on, this was the last positive part of my stay. The lobby restaurant was also good.

Everything was great! Service from everyone was great except for one bartender who was rude and had zero professionalism.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I hated the slider doors on the bathroom and the fact that they didnt lock...no privacy. Other than that everything was great!

Cute hotel and friendly enough staff. Rooms are clean and had a decent view. I will say however if you go to the hotel bar, be prepared to be ignored for a hot minute by the bartenders. You literally have to flag them down. But once contact is established, they were a lot better. The bagel place in the hotel is excellent!!

We loved our room with the floor to ceiling windows. Visited the restaurant upstairs and ordered the shareable plates. Absolutely delicious and the staff were great.

Upon entering the hotel your are hit with an overwhelming fragrance which is piped through the entire lobby. Not sure why this is necessary, my daughter is highly allergic to fragrance and did develop a reaction during our stay, which was quite unfortunate. On our way out for the evening on our third night we stopped at the service desk to request fresh towels but they were never delivered. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. It was clean and quiet. The room design very aesthetic and comfortable.

The room was very nice and modern. I was there for 3 days and no one came in my room to give me more coffee or towels even though I was gone all day at a conference. Water bottles in the rooms would have been good instead of having to buy them for $5 in the lobby. TV in room only had local channels. I feel that these days hotels should have roku type tv's for streaming. Location was a little sketchy for a single woman. I ended up ubering everywhere instead of walking, which would have been my preference. Yikes, I sound a bit like a Karen, but I chose this hotel due to the rave reviews so I feel it's important to share these details.

All was ok. Don’t understand why get charged for valet parking when you spend money for a room. And all they did was park my truck. On my departure I had to walk to get my truck and carry all my bags in the process. Doubt I’ll stay again.

If you haven’t stayed here you’re missing out.

One of the best experiences of staying in a hotel. This place was immaculate and so beautiful. It even smelled so good when you walked in lol. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! The view was great. Bed was very comfortable as well. This hotel is now our go to when we are in Nashville for appointments and for fun.

Room was expectational, loved the vanity the most! Most hotels don’t have that so it was really convenient and nice. The view was alright though, expected a bit more from it but overall the room and stay was nice!

There is no parking, it’s mandatory valet and it’s not part of the cost so expect that upcharge. The ceilings are unfinished concrete, there is a homeless encampment around the corner so keep that in mind if you plan to walk to music row, though there is some good local experiences with the gentleman’s club, questionable establishment across the street and lingerie store. We also got the experience of a party on our floor at 1am and found that there is no way to contact the front desk, when we called the other hotel (downtown) and got redirected back we finally got someone. House keeping was intermittent and when they did come they did not empty the trash. My favorite part was I booked at the downtown location but my reservation was switched to midtown somewhere in the process.
