Exceptional Customer service from the front desk to the housekeeping! I highly recommend you stay here while in Nashville only a 7min Uber to Broadway! The rooftop bar, restaurant checked all the marks along with the beautiful cleaned room.

Booked a king bed, got two queens. Staff then banged on my door at 11 a.m. telling me to leave a day early, despite my reservation clearly showing checkout Tuesday. Parking was a disaster — one staff member said valet only, another said I could park across the street in a garage and that it was “part of their parking.” Overall, the staff was unorganized, communication was poor, and the experience was stressful and unacceptable. Would not return.

The car valet staff were kind, courteous and very helpful. Our clerk that check us in was also very personable. The next morning we got an text alert from House Keeping to check on our needs. I sent a need for our room and in no time they had assisted us! Room was nice and spacious and well lit! Thank you for giving us a restful nights sleep!

Kerrigan at the front desk was awesome! She definitely goes above and beyond for the guests. The valet is awful. They had multiple different excuses of why they couldn’t valet my truck none of the excuses were valid and Kerrian at the front desk got everything worked out
