Hotel is clean, everything is good. The staff working at the breakfast area were working very hard, to out away out trays, to clean the table, every where, to refill the coffee, non-stop, to make the whole breakfast very comfortable. Parking is okay, need to pay. On the arrival late at night, planning to go out to eat and it rained, we stayed in the restaurant inside the hotel, the portion is huge and tastes good. Overall, a good stay experience. Thank you very much.

It’s a bit of a walk from the main strip on broadway but we enjoy walking. It’s one of the reasons we chose this location. When it was hot/humid in the middle of the day we used the hotel’s shuttle a couple times. It’s a nice perk. The staff were always responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends coming to Nashville.

The 2 bed 2 bath suite was a bit dated but clean. The staff were very nice and friendly with the exception of a couple of valet attendants. Location was excellent. The shuttle to Broadway is a major plus and the driver was very nice. Breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay again.

The parking is hell at the Embassy but the hotel overall was really nice. We had some issues with our toilet and I called the front desk, where they told me they would send a plunger up. 30 minutes later I had to go to the front desk to ask for it and about 8 minutes later the lady at the front desk brought it up herself. Check in and check out was very quick and customer service was great throughout our entire stay My family loved the breakfast and happy hour
