The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is because the parking garage is scary. To be fair I have a large SUV & I self parked so navigating the narrow concrete turns was stressful. However, I loved the suite space, daily “happy hour”, & complimentary shuttle! The hotel is clean, safe, and the staff was delightful!!

I would definitely stay here again. The shuttle and the shuttle driver were awesome. The only thing is that the bed wasn’t comfortable so I didn’t get into a deep sleep.

Awesome place to stay in Nashville

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. We had a TV that wasn’t functioning properly and they sent someone up immediately and fixed it. They also had a wonderful happy hour with complementary drinks, there was also a free breakfast which was excellent and the staff was hard-working and professional. We particularly liked the Shuttle, which took us down to the bars in town. Our driver Tony was extremely funny and kind.
