Great staff struggling to accommodate locals in the snow storm. Excellent work by front desk, valet and food service. Excellent room and breakfast buffet. However, after waiting for nearly 2 hours for our dinner order, they ran out of food and brought me the wrong car.

The room was great, but I really have to give a shout out to the valet staff! I was there for the winter storm and the valet staff really worked tirelessly to help me get safely back to my car. I would definitely stay here again.

The heat went out in our room. It blew only cold air. Our room was 56 degrees all night. Maintenance was very kind and fixed it in the morning. However, there was no adjustment on the bill or compensation for the major inconvenience, and management never reached out like staff said they would.

We had a great stay at the Element Nashville very clean and the pool was nice the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the parking. Over all it is a very nice property with a great staff.

Room was pretty good and clean. Property seems to be in very good condition and have good amenities. Only downside was there was not much vegetarian options in breakfast otherwise overall its a great hotel.
