We liked the service and the ambiance of their bar. Their breakfast buffet was good. What we didn't like was that they had just cancelled their shuttle service which was why we had booked this particular hotel. Also the toilet lid was broken causing instability and the toilet itself would run for hours.
The hotel is nice. My only issue was the 3 overflow holes in the sink were disgusting. They aren’t being cleaned which mean bacteria is growing in the sink.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Convenient location, very expensive, cleanliness could be improved (moldy shower, dusty room). It's fine but not for the $$$.
No complaints on our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean had everything we needed for our stay. The shuttle service was a very nice perk took us downtown which saved us the hassles of a taxi or Uber. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville
The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The suite was spacious. We had a party of 4 and had to call twice for the blanket for the sofabed which should have already been in the room closet. The toilet was not comfort height and the mattress was not particularly comfy. Outside of these concerns, the stay was enjoyable.

It is a beautiful hotel. Our room was nice and open; it was very clean and comfortable. We loved that it had floor to ceiling windows and a good view of the city. The pool is outdoors, it was well maintained and clean. Their staff is super polite, nice and helpful :) Parking at the hotel was a bit pricey BUT you do pay for convenience. Breakfast was good: they had variety and changed up a few items everyday. Totally recommended! I know I would stay here again.
We loved our 1-bedroom suite. The area was nice, it’s quiet but you can still walk to a few bars and restaurants. The Parthenon was only a 15 min walk away. The staff were friendly enough and the lobby was very nice.
I like the convenience to downtown but didn’t like having to pay for parking to stay at hotel also disappointed shuttle didn’t run one f the reasons chose this hotel
