The Good: The room was clean and spacious. There is a microwave, stove top, and good sized mini fridge. Mike was helpful with our luggage. When we were texted that our room was ready, our luggage was already in the room waiting for us. The location on lower Broadway is very convenient. Close to both Broadway and Printers' Alley.
The Good-to-Know: Check in is a little confusing, but call the phone number if you need help. It is in an old building, so walls are thin. From the bathroom, I could hear the entire conversation of the people in the next room. They also have those barn doors on the bathroom. That means it always has a gap and you can see right in. We were on the third floor. The ceiling was old wood and we could see outside through a few tiny holes in the ceiling. A couple of doves sounded like they were inside our room as they cooed from the roof. This is a loft type building so there were no windows in our room. Set your alarm because it is pretty dark and you won't know what time it is.
