Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful
Power went out and i have to use a C pap to sleep. We were told they had no clue when power would be restored. After sitting in a hot hotel room for over an hour, we couldn't stay there any longer. Had to drive home over 3 hours away, asked for a refund since we had to leave and were told no refund. Got home at 230am Nashville time, 330am Louisville time Horrible customer service
It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the parking was convenient.

There were no rooms available despite the reservation. The staff reports they refunded Orbitz, but Orbitz states they did not. I have not received a refund and am still currently charged for the reservation.
Water at the hotel was shut off with no warning before arrival
No complaints about the Loews Vanderbilt other than the price but you get what you pay for a great hotel away from the madness of Broadway but still close to enjoy it!
This was actually the first Leows property ive ever stayed in. I was quite impressed. Extremely nice hotel.

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is far from Broadway and the main area in downtown Nashville, but there are lots of great places right around the hotel too. We had a great time and stayed for five days.

The experience was poor overall. Overpriced, not clean, staff not friendly or helpful. Room amenities poor. No staff to assist. Overpaid through Orbitz, was taking my son to college - booked through Orbitz - spoke with another parent who paid half as much as I did. I will never use Orbitz again and I will never stay at a Loews property again. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
Beautiful place! I would stay here again, the only downside is paying 35 dollars to park in the parking garage, you shouldn’t have to pay to park when you’re a guest. But it wasn’t a crazy amount to have to pay and it was very secure. Staff is so nice!
The hotel was clean and comfortable updated rooms. Loved everything about the place except the downstairs bar. Horrible service, waited so long for our drinks, bartender kept serving other people who arrived after us. Felt like our business was unappreciated. Left and went to another bar with better service and friendlier staff.
