The experience was poor overall. Overpriced, not clean, staff not friendly or helpful. Room amenities poor. No staff to assist. Overpaid through Orbitz, was taking my son to college - booked through Orbitz - spoke with another parent who paid half as much as I did. I will never use Orbitz again and I will never stay at a Loews property again. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Beautiful place! I would stay here again, the only downside is paying 35 dollars to park in the parking garage, you shouldn’t have to pay to park when you’re a guest. But it wasn’t a crazy amount to have to pay and it was very secure. Staff is so nice!

The hotel was clean and comfortable updated rooms. Loved everything about the place except the downstairs bar. Horrible service, waited so long for our drinks, bartender kept serving other people who arrived after us. Felt like our business was unappreciated. Left and went to another bar with better service and friendlier staff.

Staffs were very friendly, room were very clean, This hotel is walking distance to main restaurants and entertainment place. Would recommend friends to stay at this hotel,

I was attending a conference here. My wife and I decided to make it a date weekend in Nashville. This was a perfect spot to stay. Close to all of the downtown happenings. The hotel is very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Room was small. Furniture was warped. Bedding nice.

it was close to a decent night life. However, parking is over expensive and more than even Hawaii.

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff was very helpful. The shuttle was a great amenity. Location is great. Very clean. It is well worth the cost.

The very hotel clean with a very comfortable bed. The room was large and provided a comfortable loveseat and chairs with ottomans. During the day, the lobby provided flavored water with fresh fruit which was great after coming in on a hot day. The staff were friendly - the valets, the desk staff, etc.

The person at the front desk told me there would no changes (after I asked about parking in the garage) since I had prepaid, and then proceeded to charge me close to 40$ for self parking. When I asked about the charges, the staff was rude and did not resolve the issue. We stayed in a different hotel on the second trip and had a much better experience. There were also no warnings about these charges when i booked. Our 2nd hotel was a much better location that didn't require taking a taxi/uber for downtown, and provided complementary parking.

I live in the area and have a lot of friends stay in various hotels. This one is by far one of the best rooms and friendliest staff every moment of the day.
