It was a nice hotel. Check in was done quickly. I was texted asking to see how everything was in the room right after we went up to our room. Room was small but clean. It is probably a 20 min walk to Lower Broadway if you prefer to walk. Only ate breakfast at their restaurant and it was good!

Centrally located to all that I wanted to do. Staff was very courteous & accommodating. Would stay here again! Thank you!

Great hotel, wonderful service. Directly across from Vanderbilt University and a 5 minute Uber ride from downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

As a visiting student traveling to Vanderbilt for the first time, the location and staff at Loews made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The only thing I missed having was transportation to and from the airport.

Attended a conference while in Nashville. Located in close proximity to downtown.

all was fine with hotel, staff, etc. what was absurd was self parking was $28 per night.

Check-in time was 4 pm. My room was not ready. I was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready. I was given a voucher for 1 drink each for my wife and myself. At 5:30, I approached the agent at the desk to ask if my room was ready. He was shocked that I had not been called, as my room was indeed ready. After 2 days, the safe in my room malfunctioned to the point where security could not open it. It had to be forced open and replaced. The staff were all gracious and exceedingly polite, which made the problems easier to tolerate.

Beautiful hotel, great location, accommodations and service.

Great location. Nice bar/lounge with nice staff. Very comfortable.

Hotel advertises that it has free wi-fi in the rooms but my room had no signal. When I went to the front desk to ask for help they gave me another network to sign onto. Problem was, that network only worked in the lobby and not in my room.

Too pricy for the quality of the room. And what kind of hotel doesn't have a microwave?

The bathroom was filthy. I called and they sent someone in to give it some attention. Will not stay there again. The room had a stuffy odor and the elevator had mud on the floors a few times. Ruth Chris was great. NO POOL.

Hotel bar has a giant screen tv, spacious comfortable seating, high top tables and huge square in the center. Great for a family gathering or group of friends to watch a sporting event. Never left the building! Love it!

In town for a two night stay. For the price, I would have thought the rooms would have been nicer. The workout equipment was excellent

Friendly staff immediately upon arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities were appropriate for our limited needs since we didn't spend much time at that hotel. Bar and sitting area made meeting with friends easy and enjoyable.

The sound of jackhammering is constant until 6 PM every day. The lobby is all tore up. We moved the next day. Light comes in around the door to your room. The room was very small. They charge $20 per night to park. But the people are very nice.

lots of construction very disappointed this was a beautiful hotel we were not advised of all the construction.

First and foremost, it needs to be mentioned that the hotel has a MAJOR renovation project going on. It was also the night of daylight savings time. Those two things being said, the experience at "The Loews" was pretty darn fantastic. Location was good; on a busy street across from Vanderbilt with lots of restaurants and other hotels nearby. It was a short cab (once we found one!) ride to the Broadway tourist area downtown and all the bars. It has two restaurants in it, one being the always good Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. There was also a discount on room service the weekend that I stayed there. The room was a huge corner room on a lower floor with a decent view - no complaints. ESPECIALLY for the price.

We had a great time in Nashville. The hotel is great although be prepared for minor restrictions on your movement due to some major remodeling in the lobby. The staff was great.

I had stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. I was not disappointed. In fact, this stay was better than the last. The staff was extremely accommodating. When I needed anything someone was there in an instant. As with most upscale hotels the mini bar prices were insane, and it is plain ridiculous to charge so much for parking.
