Great place to stay. Location is outstanding, right by the strip. Safe, quiet and with great breakfast and amenities. Room was quiet, clean and nice. Staff at checkout was terribly rude. Two young ladies were openly complaining about and berating a previous customer, then rude to me for no reason at all.... once they finally acknowledged that I was there.

Very mediocre experience. Most of the staff was terse or rude, we had things delivered to the hotel that the valet left outside in the cubby and they got ruined. No first aid supplies on hand, and when we asked for service to our room, they didn’t do it.
Great location, descent breakfast options, quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced for being downtown. Clean and newly redone and well maintained.

Was not portrayed like pictures. Got Two Queens instead of the King room that I PAID for. Was charged an extra $50 for “incidentals” that I did not see on the agreement when I booked. Terrible stay.
Stafff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Unique at the front desk and Irene who was extremely pleasant. Location was perfect and rooms were very comfortable. Pool area was a nice surprise. I Will definitely stay at this property again.
