We booked a hotel that had a better location. We also had less amenities than the original booking. Other friends were rebooked and put in a higher type of property. Hilton Tru vs Hilton Home/to suites. Very disappointed in you service. Will not hesitate to write and share negative review. We didn’t even have a coffee maker!
Clean and friendly staff
The front desk staff Bobby, Kahleia and Greig were incredibly patient and helpful! Our flight was cancelled and they helped us so much. They also gave some wonderful suggestions on some attractions to visit during our extra time there.
I really enjoy my stay here, would definitely stay again. Great variety for breakfast. Clean workout area.

Great place to stay. Location is outstanding, right by the strip. Safe, quiet and with great breakfast and amenities. Room was quiet, clean and nice. Staff at checkout was terribly rude. Two young ladies were openly complaining about and berating a previous customer, then rude to me for no reason at all.... once they finally acknowledged that I was there.

Very mediocre experience. Most of the staff was terse or rude, we had things delivered to the hotel that the valet left outside in the cubby and they got ruined. No first aid supplies on hand, and when we asked for service to our room, they didn’t do it.

Tru is a minimalistic branded hotel that Hilton has come out with. This hotel is catered to those who are not going to be using the room a lot, dropping their bags and hitting the city.
