I know these reviews really depend on the person giving them. For me, the place was just okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and that helps. I had two rooms. One was nice enough and seemed to be a new building or recently remodeled. The other wasn't as great and had to be switched because it smelled bad. The replacement room smelled just as bad - different, but bad. It smelled like people smoked in them, against the rules. The neighborhood wasn't that great either and the one time I went for a walk, I felt very vulnerable. There is food nearby and I would say to drive, even though it's walkable. Compared to other places I've stayed, for the price, it's pretty much what you'd expect to get - really worn furniture, cigarette burns, questionable guests and things going on, iffy neighborhood. It works in a pinch if you're tired and need to stop driving, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're staying in Nashville as a visitor. It's just not as nice as a vacation property.

We got to our room and found there to be many cigarette burns in the bedspread and there was stains on the second bed. The paint on the walls was chipped and the room was set up awkwardly. We had a two double bed room, and best to the first bed there was a table and 2 chairs shoved between the bed and the wall. Shoved in the only way to describe it, as there was no room to get anywhere on that side of the room as the chairs and table were in the way and pressing up on the bed. I do not like to think of myself as "prissy" but this room was very uncomfortable to be in. We were not in the room 10 minutes before we decided we would be changing hotels. The staff however was great. They were all super nice and more than willing to accommodate my early arrival at 8am. When we informed them that we would be changing hotels, they were quick to offer a refund. Though the staff was great, the hotel and the rooms were very disappointing,

What I liked most was the friendliness of the staff. One day my TV was not working and the Manager came to my room personally to repair it! My room was well furnished with a fridge, microwave, desk and couch!! I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again in the future. PLUS it was very close to Everything including the Airport 15 minute drive!!!

Unfortunately, I had a family emergency. The hotel staff was extremely rude with accommodating my issue. I asked if possible I could get a refund or use the hotel at another date. I couldn’t furnish a full sentence before I was cut off. I’m disappointed in the staff and the way my situation was handled.

The AC in the room was on when I arrived but it was still warm so waited about 15 minutes still was warm went down stairs to complain and the lady told me “no the works” I told her ma’am no it’s not so she told me to clean up the room so she can rerent it out and she’ll place me in another room sketchy area a lot of junkies/hookers in the area but I guess I got what I paid for a 65$ a night room

This property was nothing special. No pool and the breakfast was nothing worth going down for.

This place does not look like the pictures at all. We requested a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke so bad we ended up leaving. At night there were prostitutes hanging outside.

Sunken in bed. Dirty stained surfaces. Very loud road noise.

My neighbors were up all night on the balcony drinking and smoking. The continental breakfast was nothing more then a little debbies oatmeal cake. The mattresses on the bed very uncomfortable and I could feel coils coming through them. However, the place was fairly clean and side... it was not worth the $140.00 for that night. Especially waking up to 8 empty beer car next to my door 6 cigarette buts.
