Jamal is a great host and so super responsive (within minutes). Any issues that arose were taken care of immediately, the beds were comfortable (even the pull out!), and the location was close to the action, but far enough away to not be disturbed.

Property was clean, comfortable, inviting and appeared as advertised. If you are just using it as a place to sleep while exploring Nashville, it's great. Location is close to Broadway and is in a good neighborhood. Two main takeaways that detracted from a complete 5 star rating is we didn't get the door access code in a timely manner and the full kitchen is sparsely furnished. It would be nice to have cooking oil, seasonings, and other on hand items to cook with if you didn't want eat out for every meal. That necessitates buying things you will end up leaving behind.The refrigerator ice maker didn't work, which was disappointing. A bigger supply of coffee creamer would be nice for the Keurig unit. Understandably, these things may be minor for most guests and not an issue at all but this is an honest review. Overall, l will still recommend this as a good place to stay in Nashville.
