Five minute Uber to downtown Broadway and the Gulch. This home boasts a gourmet kitchen, dining room and an enormous master suite. The garage has been converted into an all season entertainment space perfect for a group or just extra space to relax. *Please note that like all areas of Nashville there is construction by this home. CMA Festival
Kristin was a wonderful host and the property was absolutely perfect! We had a group of 6 and everyone was accommodated extremely comfortably. The location is perfect with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive to Broadway. We will definitely stay again!

Very good stay
The house was beautiful and the beds were perfect for our group. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it really was not walking distance to anything. It was about 1.5 miles to gulch and 12 south so technically walkable but not in heels. Great news is it was a short ride everywhere and their were always cars available. Would stay here again.
