The room was set up nice, and very clean-we were pleased with the amenities in the room. Bed was comfy. What we didn't like was there wasn't a circle or driveway to pull into by the front desk like normal hotels for easy loading/unloading. You had to park around the corner of the front door and drag your things along the sidewalk. AND that was hard to find as the signage to "valet" was small, and there wasn't any other choice to park yourselves. (SO $45 daily no matter what I guess). Also, the toilet took forever to refill in our room-had to manually pour water in the tank to flush.
Great location, walking distance to nightlife, dining options and touristic attractions such as museums.

I like that they had live music in the bar when we came in and the guys at the front that checked us in were fun and friendly. We valet parked and even then it was a bit hectic getting that sorted out with where your location is set. That's the only negative I saw.
I have never stayed in a hotel that the staff are more pleasant than this one! I’m still so amazed at the friendliness and how they all interacted with one another as well. It was nothing short of amazing! Location is great, breakfast was phenomenal and our room was awesome. Unfortunately we looked at a parking garage, but were hardly in our room anyway. I will definitely bring my entire family here the next time we’re in Nashville.
Had a wonderful first 3 nights. On the 4th day, they checked someone in with a dog and put them in the room across from us. The owners left the dog alone and it barked FOR HOURS. We complained to the front desk, along with several other families on the second floor, and NOTHING WAS DONE. They said, "This is a family property." No compensation, no "we are sorry for the inconvenience," nothing. It almost came to the point of us calling the police. We were told a manager would call us; still waiting on that call....

We LOVED this place. It was very clean. The continental breakfast is the best weve ever had anywhere. Darlene at front desk was amazing! Very helpful and accomodating. We have definitely found our hotel when we visit Nashville in the future!!
The hotel is very clean. Breakfast has a nice spread. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint was the valet parking- we were charged to park valet but then asked to to park our car on our own, since NOBODY could drive a manual shift. However, the front desk reimbursed us for one day. The walls in the rooms are thin, prepare yourselves to hear other conversations and the toilets flushing. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Great location.
This hotel was a nice surprise. Great location, price and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Good position to walk around, pretty clean. Service a bit poor: we were supposed to have an happy hour, but the receptionists asked us to wait in the lobby for an hour, and only after 3rd time we asked they explained we should ask them what we want.
This was an extremely unsafe neighborhood, there were multiple people using drugs on the outside of the property and we were approached several times by homeless people entering and leaving the property as well as a man sleeping in the parking garage outside out window. They also charged roughly $30 per day for valet parking but gave you no information about that upfront so you had the option to park yourself. staff was extremely rude when i called down to voice my concerns and complaints
